本講義では、経営組織論に関する論文、書物の輪読を行い、企業組織について考えていくうえで不可欠な、基本的な理論や考え方を身につけることを目標とする。　

This course reviews the book and learn fundamental knowledge and concepts in the academic field of organization theory.

経営学の基礎に加えて、先端的な研究に触れ、経営と組織について考察する。現実の企業が直面する組織上の様々な問題とその背後にあるロジックを理解したうえで、解決策を考える分析力を養うことを目的とする。
In addition to the basics of business administration, we will touch on advanced research and consider management and organization. The purpose of this course is to cultivate the ability to analyze solutions based on an understanding of the various organizational problems faced by real enterprises and the logic behind them.

1. 理論構築・実証
課題論文等をベースに、理論構築の方法、実証データの収集方法、実証方法が理解できる。
2. 学術論文の理解
学術論文への批判を踏まえて自ら発展的課題のリサーチデザインができる。

1. Theoretical development / analysis
Based on selected papers, students can understand the method of theoretical development, collecting empirical data, and the data analysis.
2. Understanding academic papers
Based on criticism of academic papers, students can develop and design their own research projects.

受講生は、経営学および経営組織論の基礎理論を修得していることを前提とする。

Students are assumed to have knowledge on basic theory of strategic management.

課題論文および関連する資料を事前に読み、課題を準備する。
毎週の輪読課題に向けて３〜４時間程度の学習時間が必要となる。

Read task papers and related materials beforehand and prepare a task.
3 to 4 hours of study time to prepare for the weekly reading assignments are required.

課題：30％
期末レポート：30％　
なお、正当な理由なく4回以上欠席した場合には、D評価となる。また、正当な理由なく講義回の半分以上を欠席した場合には履修放棄とみなす。
Class participation (40%), Presentation (30%), Report (30%)　　


Evaluated by a task report (30%), an end-of-term report (40%), and discussion in the middle of lectures(30%)
The task report is instructed by guidance. The final report is a research design assuming own master's thesis.

講義は原則として上記の講義計画に基づいて進めますが、受講生の人数や理解度に応じて内容や進度を変更することがあります。

オフィスアワーは原則金曜3限としますが、事前にメールでアポイントメントを取ってください。連絡先、オフィスの場所については初回講義でお伝えします。

As a general rule, lectures will proceed based on the above lecture plan, but contents and progress may be changed depending on the number of students and understanding degree.

Office hours are basically Friday 3rd, but please take an appointment by e-mail in advance.
