In modern industrial activities, all corporate activities are associated with "projects". Project management refers to the various management activities undertaken with the aim of successfully completing a project. In this class, students will understand the components and activities of project management based on PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) through case analysis. There will be a lecture and group discussion on the case study analysis. The level of understanding will be assessed by the level of class participation and reports.

現代の産業活動において、あらゆる企業活動は「プロジェクト」と関連している。プロジェクトマネジメントとは、プロジェクトを成功裏に完了させることを目指して行われる様々なマネジメント活動のことである。この授業では、事例分析を通して、PMBOK（Project Management Body of Knowledge）をベースにプロジェクトマネジメントの構成要素およびアクティビティについて理解する。授業では講義と事例分析に関するグループディスカッションを行う。授業への参加度合いおよびレポートにより理解度を把握する。また理解度テストを実施する。

Understand the project management process.
プロジェクトマネジメントプロセスを理解する。特にプロジェクトマネジメントとリスクの関係を理解し、適切な対応を検討できる力を身に着けることを目的としています。
この科目は、本学科のディプロマ・ポリシーに定める「失敗を恐れずに失敗から学ぶ柔軟な姿勢を身につけている」を実現するための科目です。
また、本大学における専門教育の目標である「専門知識を活用して新たな課題を自ら発見し、他者と協働して主体的にその解決に取り組み、専門分野の壁を越えて共創できる能力」の醸成を目的としています。

In order to discuss the assigned case studies, students are required to prepare for the case studies in advance. The cases to be used in class will be notified in advance.

指定された事例について議論するため、事前に事例について予習しておくこと。授業で使用する事例は事前に通知する。事前・事後学習に必要な時間はそれぞれ2時間程度を想定している。

・アサインメントの提出（44％）
・レポートおよびケーススタディ（26％）
・理解度確認（30％）
アサインメントについては特徴的な内容のものを取り上げフィードバックを行う。また授業への積極的な参画と貢献が認められた場合には加点する。
レポートおよび理解度確認については個別のフィードバックは行わない。
4回以上の欠席は履修放棄とみなし、成績評価を行わない。

・B：到達目標を達成している
・C：到達目標を最低限達成している

情報システム開発企業での勤務経験を踏まえて、情報システム開発プロジェクトマネジメントなど実務事例の紹介を行う。
