博士前期課程レベルの研究を行うための基礎知識および研究方法を身につける。
Learn basic knowledge and research methods to conduct doctoral degree course research.

査読付き論文ならびに学位論文執筆に向けてどのような資料・データ作成が行えるよう演習を行う。具体的には既往研究の内容分析を行い、リストを作成する。同時に、進めるべき研究の方向性を確認する。
Analyze the contents of the past research and prepare a list. At the same time, confirm the direction of research to proceed.

査読付き論文ならびに学位論文が執筆できるようになる。　
Peer reviewed papers and dissertations will be available for writing.

最終的に、進むべき研究の方向性を定めることが目的なので、作業途中で何度か指導教員と議論すること。
Finally, the purpose is to determine the direction of research to go, so discuss with your academic supervisor several times during work.

ゼミ形式で進むので、集中した準備と復習が求められる。　
Since it proceeds in seminar form, it requires concentrated preparation and review.

研究計画の達成度合いを評価する。

学生各自がマンツーマンで指導教員と協議して計画を立て、何度か中間発表を行う。院生ごとに研究の中間発表（学会などへの投稿論文に関する場合もある）を行い、他の院生も含めて質疑応答を行う。

この後、何度か、関連する研究進路の微調整を、個別に繰り返す。

Each student makes a plan in consultation with an academic supervisor on a one to one basis, and makes an intermediate presentation several times. For each graduate student, an intermediate presentation of the research (sometimes related to the paper submitted to an academic society etc.) is conducted and a question-and-answer session including other graduate students is conducted.
