現代において建築を作る際に求められる要望は多様化、複雑化の一途をたどっている。その中で建築家はクライアントからの要望を受け止め、その前提を疑い、広い知識で対応していくことが求められる。
不動産に関する知識はそういったクライントと向き合う際に不可欠となりつつあり、建築する土地を探す段階、またプログラムについて収支計算をしながら決めていくプロセスから建築家が参画して果たす役割は大きい。
今回の授業では、実在する敷地に対して、2人1組となり不動産調査、プログラム設定、収支計画、建築の設計を行い、その土地の所有者にプレゼンテーションを行うという形式で進める。
現実社会ではオーナーは魅力的な空間である事はもちろん、収支的にも成り立つことを望んでおり、そのどちらが欠けても「いい建築」であるとはいえない。
この授業を通して、皆さんが実社会に出たときに設計の枠を越えて建築を実現に導いていく力強いスキルを身に付ける事を意図している。

In addition to acquiring the way to capture architecture using architectural planning studies, we conduct detailed research focusing on human behavior and life in fact.
We use the results to construct the design theory and propose the design proposal.

建築計画学を用いた建築のとらえ方を身につけ、フィールドワークおよびディスカッションを通して幅広いコミュニケーション力と表現力を養う。
Learn how to capture architecture using architectural planning studies and cultivate a wide range of communication skills and expressiveness through fieldwork and discussion.

2026年度は、具体的なテーマを「公共建築」とする。到達目標は以下3点である。

１　　建築家が設計した公共建築においてフィールドワークし、実際の利用者の行動をとらえイメージできるようになる
２　フィールドワークの結果をふまえ、個々に設計理論をくみ上げることができるようになる
３　自身の設計理論をもとに、設計案を提案し、具現化できるようになる


In 2019, the specific theme is "public building". Three goals are as follows.

1 Field work in the public building designed by the architect, it will become possible to capture the image of the actual user's behavior
Based on the results of 2 field work, it will become possible to individually design the design theory
3 Based on its own design theory, we can propose design proposal and be able to realize it

授業最終回に行われるプレゼンテーション形式の到達度試験により評価する。

毎回の授業で提示する。

・該当期間内に、指導教員の指示に従い、指導教員の進めるプロジェクトに参加し、実務設計の補助を行う。
・実習の性格上、参加するプロジェクトの重要なフェーズで集中的に作業を行う
・1週間あたり30時間以上の実習を想定し、大学院の他の講義を考慮しフルタイムで詰める場合の2倍となる6〜8週間連続的に実習をおこなうことを想定している。（実際は参加スタジオを指導教員のその時の状況によりケースバイケースとなる）
