概要 Description
ガロアコホモロジー

Galois cohomology
目的 Objectives
群コホモロジーの定義と計算方法、および整数論への応用を学ぶ。

Learn the definition and computational methods of group cohomology and its applications to number theory.
到達目標 Outcomes
群コホモロジーの定義と性質を理解し、その計算もできるようになる。
主にガロアコホモロジーを扱い、その整数論への応用を見る。

Understand the definition and properties of group cohomology and learn how to perform calculations.
The course mainly focuses on Galois cohomology, especially its application to number theory.

履修上の注意 Course notes prerequisites

学部科目「代数学1A・1B・2・3」(群・環・体・ガロア理論・環上の加群論)程度の知識を有していることが望ましい。
授業の進度や受講生の理解状況に応じて、内容を変更する場合がある。


Students are expected to have knowledge of groups, rings, fields, Galois theory, and modules over rings.
The content may be adjusted depending on the progress of the course and the students’ level of understanding.

準備学習・復習 Preparation and review
各回の授業前に2時間、授業後に2時間を目安として準備学習と復習を行うこと。その範囲は各回ごとに指示する。

Two hours for preparation and two hours for reviewing before and after class are expected. Subjects will be indicated each time in lecture.

レポート課題により総合的に判断する。

Final report is evaluated.
