最先端の研究目標を打ち立て、その基礎的実験に取り組む。主に有機化学の課題に取り組み、仮説に基づき実験を進め、結果について考察する。考察により再度仮設を組み立て、化学特別研究1Bにつなげる。


[ディプロマポリシーとの関係]
本特別研究は、本学科が規定する「化学および関連する分野の基礎学力」として必須となり、この世界を取り巻く現象の解明、それらを活用する社会基盤の構築などにつながっていく。特定の研究テーマに取り組むことで、基礎から応用への橋渡しの過程を習得することができる。　

The establishment of research target and the following experimental work in organic chemistry, which discloses their hypothesis for further progress of research.

本学科のディプロマポリシーに従い研究指導を通して独自の研究課題を検索し、その課題に沿った研究を行う。実験方法や得られた成果のまとめ方や発表方法などを習得する。

To learn how to develop original research topics, build papers, and presentation in conferences.

目的で得られた１つの成果をさらに広げ、課題に沿ったより一般性の高い研究へと展開でき、問題を克服できる能力を高める。　

The main outcome should be the success in the research topic in organic chemistry for further progress and development of novel studies.

課題に沿った事実を実証するために、実験を計画的かつ安全に遂行し結果の解析と解釈をすることが求められる。　　

Manipulations should be required to reveal its hypothesis through a safe and steady experimental works, analyses, and evaluations.

実験のための手順や薬品・実験装置・方法などに伴う危険性の有無や予備知識など、前もってよく調べ計画を立てておく。　

Form a plan for the handling of chemicals and experimental techniques

研究への取り組みのプロセスと研究成果に加えて、成果の発表（学会、論文など）ついて評価する。

以上の項目について、それぞれ評価する。

年間研究計画
研究分野：　有機反応化学・有機合成化学・天然物化学・有機金属化学・金属触媒
主な研究課題：
（１）分子触媒設計法の開発
（２）新しい不斉反応の開発
（３）金属原子同士の相互作用の解明
（４）隣接基効果を利用した新規反応の開発
（５）新たに開発した上記方法論を用いた天然物合成などへの応用
（６）機能性材料の設計と合成

前期前半
　基本的な実験手法を身につける。上記の１つの研究課題に関する文献調査を行い、研究計画を立てる。
　研究課題に対する初期のモデル実験を行う。

前期後半
　モデル実験の結果を鑑み研究課題に関連するさらなる文献調査を行い、研究計画に沿って研究を展開する。
