概要 Description
M&A(Mergers and Acquisitions)の実務知識を体系的に習得することを目的とする。

  • This course aims to systematically equip students with practical knowledge of M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) essential for technology management professionals. Students will gain a comprehensive overview of the entire M&A process and learn practically from strategy design through due diligence, contract execution, and PMI (Post Merger Integration). Beyond mere theoretical study, the course develops practical M&A competencies applicable to management decision-making through exercises using real M&A cases and hypothetical scenarios.

目的 Objectives
