概要 Description

For students from diverse backgrounds who have mastered the basic concepts of management strategy theory, practical development of strategic management is discussed mainly through case studies.
Select from the globally respected R. Grant's "Contemporary Strategy Analysis" and J. Barney's "Strategic Management and Competitive Advantage: Concepts and Cases". We also use videos such as TV Tokyo BIZ.
In this lecture, we will discuss corporate strategies, competitive strategies (business strategies), and the interaction between strategies and organizations, and discuss decisions that incorporate actual corporate management resources and constraining factors, using a strategic framework, with the aim of acquiring management strategic practical skills.
English version cases are basically used, but a Japanese translation (for reference) will be provided without tables and charts.
