概要 Description
This course will cover the basic technologies that have contributed to the development of various aspects of life science, at a level suitable for science and engineering graduate students.

目的 Objectives
In this lecture, students will understand the history of the development and evolution of key technologies, as well as the latest topics in the life sciences today.  We will also discuss the limitations of current technologies and how they may evolve or be replaced by other technologies in the future.
Outcomes
Students will acquire knowledge and skills (e.g. designing genome-edited animals and analyzing flow cytometry data) through lectures and practical trainings as needed.  The aim is to acquire knowledge and ways of thinking that can be used in graduate school research and future workplaces.
