概要 Description
Objectives
The program aims to help students understand the basic theories of business administration introduced in class and apply them to understanding and analyzing related issues and to their own practice, and to develop the abilities and knowledge necessary to do so. In each class, you will be required to perform some kind of "application analysis" (i.e., an analysis in which you apply the "theory" introduced in that class to your own company or your own "practice"). [Application Analysis] welcomes the results of analyses in which "the theory was applied, but it did not apply.” While cultivating the above abilities and knowledge, we will also cultivate the ability to think about management over a long time horizon. This course is a specialized subject. The relevance of this course to the diploma policy and curriculum policy of the program can be found in the "Course Registration Guide."
The objective is to acquire the abilities, perspectives, and knowledge described in the "Objectives" section. More concretely expressed, the following three goals are to be attained. 1. To understand the basic content of each genre of management covered in the class (i.e., understanding the actual situation of that management, understanding the issues that are often faced, and theories that can be used as reference in considering the direction of solutions). And to be able to picture the essence of those contents in some systematic way in your mind when you are confronted with related practices. The titles of each session listed in the "Lesson Plan" section correspond to each genre of management that will be mainly covered in this course. 2. To be able to apply each content (especially theory) introduced in class when analyzing and discussing individual cases. 3. To be able to independently apply what they have understood to their own analysis and discussion in their own practice when trying to learn from the management literature. To acquire the knowledge necessary to meet the curriculum policy requirements of the program (refer to the "Course Registration Guide").
