概要 Description
修士論文完成に向けて前期からの研究を継続する。
また研究論文作成について個別に指導する。 To complete the master's thesis, students will continue their research. The supervisor instructs how to make their master's thesis. 目的 Objectives
・本科目は本研究科のディプロマ・ポリシーに定められた「(2)各研究科・専攻の専門分野に応じた研究能力」を獲得することを主たる目的とする。
・This course corresponds to the diploma policy as "(2) Advanced expertise in the fields of business administration and management science". 到達目標 Outcomes
・設定されたテーマに関する研究論文を正しく理解することができる。
・理解した内容を他者に適切に伝えることができる。 ・ Students should understand conributions of selected academic papers correctly. ・ Students should acquire the skill to explain their understanding correctly. 卒業認定・学位授与の方針との関係（学部科目のみ）
履修上の注意 Course notes prerequisites
週1回を目処に進捗報告・相談をすること。

・ゼミでの発表準備を十分に行うこと。（3時間程度）
・発表時の指摘事項について復習し、不明点を残さないこと（１時間程度） ・Students should prepare their presentation carefully (3 hours). ・Students should review the discussion in the seminar (1 hour). 成績評価方法 Performance grading policy
ゼミでの発表内容(50%)と、その場における質疑応答内容(50%)によって評価する。
