概要 Description
●副教材として指定されている「20-Minute Exercises for the TOEIC Test’ Vol. 2（研究社）」の演習を毎回の授業の最初に行う。
●Readingの演習の教材として、Authentic Material(教材用に加工されていない英文(雑誌、新聞の記事、スピーチなど))などを扱う。内容の要約や内容に関しての意見を英文で書いてもらうことによってWritingの演習とする。 ●第13回の授業ではTOEICのハーフサイズ模試を実施し、そのスコアが成績の3分の1となる。またこのハーフサイズ模試を受験していないと単位認定はされない。 目的 Objectives
①TOEICの演習を重ねることで、高得点を取ることを目的とする。
②様々な英文を扱うことにより、より実践的な英語の習得を目指すとともに、その結果としてのTOEICのスコアアップも狙う。 到達目標 Outcomes
英文を正確に読めるようにする。自分の考えを英語で書けるようにする。

●この授業は対⾯で実施します。副教材の「Reading & Writing 2 ‘20-Minute Exercises for the TOEIC Test’ Vol. 2（研究社）」以外のテキストは不要です。毎回課題を教員が配布します。
●授業ではLETUSを用い小テスト・WORDのよる課題の配布・提出を実施します。LETUSにログインでき、WORDで作業できるノートPCを必ず持ってきてください。 アクティブ・ラーニング科目 Teaching type（Active Learning）
課題に対する作文 Essay／小テストの実施 Quiz type test

準備学習・復習 Preparation and review
毎回Readingの課題が課されます。予習が必要な時はその都度指示を出します。また最後の授業(第15回)でそれまでの授業の内容の理解・定着をはかる内容の課題を課すので全体的な復習も必要です。
成績評価方法 Performance grading policy
毎回の課題の取り組みを点数化し、学期末に行うReading・Writing理解度・定着度の確認テスト(レポート)の点数で評価します。TOEICハーフ模擬テストのリーディングのスコアが三分の一、毎回の課題の取り組みと学期末のテストの成績が三分の二で評価します。
※TOEICハーフ模擬テストのリーディングのスコアが成績の1/3を占めます。TOEICハーフ模擬テストを受験していないと単位は修得できません。 学修成果の評価 Evaluation of academic achievement

授業ではWORDのファイルで課題を提出してもらいます。第1回の授業では必要ありませんが、2回目以降はWORDのファイルを扱えるノートPCを必ず持参してください。充電も十分しておくように。
