① [対面]対面授業/ [On-site] On-site class

・組織を取り巻く様々な現象を分析する方法論について検討する。具体的には、国内外の文献輪読を基本とし、各人の研究テーマの選定、論文作成に必要となる分析方法を身に着ける。
・論理的な思考プロセスを用いて、修士論⽂のテーマの選定、仮説設定、データの収集・分析、分析結果の考察までを含む修士論文の執筆に⾄る⼀連のプロセスを指導教員と相談しながら⾃⼒で⾏う。

・A methodology to analyze various phenomena surrounding an organization is discussed. Specifically, students will be trained in the analysis methods necessary for selecting research topics and preparing papers, based on a round reading of national and international literature.

・A logical thinking process is used to carry out a series of processes leading to the writing of a master's thesis, including the selection of the theme for the master's thesis, hypothesis setting, data collection and analysis, and consideration of the results of the analysis, in consultation with the faculty.

・学術的研究に関する基本的な考え方を理解する。
・研究テーマを選定することができる。
・経営学に関する学術的な研究に関する知識を修得する。
・本学科のディプロマ・ポリシーに定める『グローバル化や地球環境問題など広範かつ多様なビジネス環境で発生している諸々の問題に対して自然科学及び社会科学の知識を活用して解明するという基本的方針の下で理論的かつ実践的な考え方を身に付けている。』を実現するための科目である。

・Students understand basic ideas about academic research.
・Students will be able to select research topics.
・Students acquire knowledge of academic research on business administration.
・This course is designed to fulfill the department's diploma policy, "Students will acquire theoretical and practical thinking based on the basic policy of applying knowledge from the natural and social sciences to solve various problems arising in a broad and diverse business environment, such as globalization and global environmental issues.

・学術的かつ実践的に有意義な研究テーマを設定できる。
・先行研究を網羅的にサーベイできる。
・先行研究をもとに、自分なりの概念モデルを構築できる。

・Students are able to set academic and practical meaningful research topics.
・Students will be able to conduct an exhaustive survey of previous research.
・Students will be able to build their own conceptual models based on previous research.

課題報告・貢献・発言等：60％
期末レポート（研究計画書）：40％

Reading Assignment：60%
Final Report：40%

なお、正当な理由なく、4回以上欠席した場合、D評価とする。
