本科目は、薬学研究科薬学専攻博士課程及び薬科学専攻博士後期課程社会人専修コース（以下「社会人専修コース」という。）に入学した者が入学前に薬学部医療薬学教育研究支援センター（以下「センター」という。）において修了したコースに基づき、単位を認定する科目である。

Students who enroll in the working professional course of Doctoral program in the Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences will be granted credits based on the courses completed at the Center for Research and Education in Medical Pharmacy (abbreviated as Center), School of Pharmacy, prior to enrolling in the program.

社会⼈専修コースは、都⼼に位置する本学神楽坂キャンパスにおける夜間教育を中⼼としたカリキュラムにより、働きながら学位（博⼠）取得を⽬指すことができるコースである。
⽣涯学習講座（5コース）のうち、いずれかのコースの修了者は、薬学研究科薬学専攻博⼠課程または薬科学専攻博⼠後期課程への出願時に⼊学願書において社会⼈専修コースを希望し、⼊学後に単位認定のための⼿続きを⾏うことにより、修了所要単位として認定される。

The course for working professionals allows students to aim to obtain a degree (PhD) while working, based on evening classes at the Kagurazaka campus located in the center of Tokyo.
Students who complete any of the five lifelong learning courses will have the credits required for graduation recognized by completing the procedures for credit recognition after enrollment (Select the working professional course on the application form when applying).

薬学研究科薬学専攻博士課程及び薬科学専攻博士後期課程において、センターと連携し、研究活動と社会の往還及び連携を推進すること、実践的な医療薬学の知識やスキルを提供し、社会人が受講しやすい学修環境を整備することで、変遷する社会ニーズに順応する指導的薬剤師となりうる人材及び問題解決能力を有する研究者、技術者を育成することを目的とする。

In cooperation with the Center, this doctoral program at the Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences aims to give back to society through research activities and provide practical pharmaceutical knowledge and skills. Thereby developing human resources who can become leading pharmacists who can respond to social needs, as well as researchers and engineers with problem-solving abilities.

・医療系現場で進むDX化に伴い必要となるデジタルスキル及びそれにより新たに収集する患者データや薬剤情報の取り扱いに関する知識を修得する。
・薬系デジタル⼈材の育成、薬系⼈材の知識のアップデートを行う。
・社会⼈専修コースにおける専⾨性の⾼い研修と臨床薬学研究の往還の実現を目標とする。

・Acquire the digital skills required for DX in the medical field and the knowledge on how to handle newly collected patient data and drug information.
・Develop digital human resources in the pharmaceutical field and update the knowledge of those in the pharmaceutical field.
・The goal of this course is to realize high level of training for professionals and to contribute to society through clinical pharmacy research.

履修の手引を参照のうえ、指定された期間に申請手続きを行うこと。
以下のコースを単位認定対象とする。

※ただし、本科目の履修においては、事前・事後学習の時間を含め、1コースあたり45時間相当の学修時間を確保すること。

センターでの課題・レポート（40%）、講義に臨む態度（60%）をもとに薬学研究科にて総合的に評価を行う。

Evaluation will be made by the Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences based on assignments/reports (40%) and class attitude（60%）at the Center.

１）⼊学志望年度より2年度以内にセンターの⽣涯学習コースを受講し、修了する。
　　（例：2026年4⽉⼊学希望者は、2024年度または2025年度に発⾏された修了証明書を提⽰すること。）

２）⼤学院学⽣募集要項（薬学研究科博⼠課程・博⼠後期課程【⼀般選抜・社会⼈特別選抜】）を確認し、社会⼈特別選抜により出願する。
　　⼊学願書において、社会⼈専修コースを希望する旨を意思表⽰する。

３）受験、合格発表後、⼊学年度の4月上旬（指定の期間）に、コースの修了証明書を提出のうえ単位認定申請手続きを行い、認定を受ける。

(1) Students need to take and complete a lifelong learning course at the Center within two years of the year of application.
　　(e.g. For April 2026 admission, please display the certificate of completion issued in the academic year 2024 or 2025.)

 (2) Check the application guidelines for graduate school students and apply for special selection for working adults.

 (3) After taking the entrance examination and receiving an acceptance announcement, submit a certificate of completion of the course in early April of the year of admission (designated period) and complete the application procedures for credit accreditation and receive accreditation.
