概要 Description
自身の修士論文に関連する研究論文を精読し報告する。
また研究方針・関連する手法について個別に指導する。 Students will read research papers related to their master's thesis and make presentations about them. The supervisor instructs the reseach degine and related methods. 目的 Objectives
・本科目は本研究科のディプロマ・ポリシーに定められた「(2)各研究科・専攻の専門分野に応じた研究能力」を獲得することを主たる目的とする。
・This course corresponds to the diploma policy as "(2) Advanced expertise in the fields of business administration and management science". 到達目標 Outcomes
・設定されたテーマに関する研究論文を正しく理解することができる。

週1回を目処に進捗報告・相談をすること。

・ゼミでの発表準備を十分に行うこと。（3時間程度）
・発表時の指摘事項について復習し、不明点を残さないこと（１時間程度） ・Students should prepare their presentation carefully (3 hours). ・Students should review the discussion in the seminar (1 hour). 成績評価方法 Performance grading policy
ゼミでの発表内容(50%)と、その場における質疑応答内容(50%)によって評価する。
