概要 Description

Read research papers and monographs written in English related to your graduation research and related fields, improve your ability to read scientific papers written in English, understand the background of previous research, and develop new research acquisition of specialized knowledge in development and acquisition of related technical English. Summarize the contents and make presentations using presentation applications (Powerpoint, keynote, etc) and discuss with laboratory members.  Training of how to read  literature related to research theme, grasp key points what the paper described, knowledge related topics, making presentation regimen, presentation skills, etc. that should be acquired as a future researcher/ engineer.
This course fulfills the first and fifth paragraphs of the Curriculum policy of the department, specifically, "We aim to produce creative individuals who have mastered basic science and design thinking, and who have acquired specialized knowledge in nanomedicine and robotics. We also cultivate individuals who can generate innovation based on sound ethics and a rich sense of humanity." It also aims to foster researchers and engineers who can contribute to society through functional design engineering by conducting "experiments and practical training in physics, chemistry, biology, and design thinking, as well as presentation training, through which students gain experience in observing phenomena and presenting their interpretations of experimental results." It also forms part of the department's diploma policy, which states, "We aim to produce highly creative individuals who have mastered basic science and design thinking and have acquired specialized knowledge in nanomedicine and robotics, as well as to cultivate individuals who will generate innovation based on sound ethics and rich humanity."
