• MOTの全教員（みなし専任を含む、11名）によるオムニバス授業である。（春学期と秋学期の2回開講）
  ・専攻が提供する教育の全容を含む技術経営全般に関する知識・実務等について学ぶ。
  ・全授業科目を履修、グラデュエーションペーパーを作成する上で、必要な共通の知見を体得する。
  ・グループワークや発表会、更にはレポート作成などを経験し、MOTのカリキュラムに慣れる。

• 本科目は、基盤科目である。本専攻のディプロマ・ポリシー、カリキュラムポリシーとの関連性は、履修の手引きを参照すること。
• 教育領域におけるCEO／COO、CTO, CFO、CMO、CIO/CDO、CHRO、起業家的知見を身につける。
• 全授業科目を履修、グラデュエーションペーパーを作成するうえで、必要な共通の知見を体得する。
• グループワークや発表会、さらにはレポート作成などを経験し、MOTのカリキュラムに慣れる。

• 本授業課題として提出するレポートは本科目履修生に共有することを原則とする。
• 関連科目：ほとんどすべての科目と関連する。

• 原則一週間前までにLETUS等で配信する。配信資料を手掛かりに広く議論できる準備を行うこと。
• 適時レポートを課し、授業復習に代わる学習と位置付ける。
• 準備学習：事前配布資料等に基づく次回授業参加の準備、復習（毎週8時間程度）。

In principle, materials will be distributed one week in advance via LETUS etc. Students should prepare to have a wide discussion using the distributed materials.

Reports will be assigned at appropriate times, and this will serve as an alternative to reviewing class material.

Preparatory study: Preparation and review for the next class based on materials distributed in advance etc. (approximately 8 hours per week).

青木英彦：2020年8月まで、のべ31年間にわたり小売業界担当の証券アナリスト業務に従事。小売、食品、消費財、IT、物流業界など産業界に幅広い人的ネットワークを持ち、現場・現実とセオリーを合体させた講義を心掛けている。

井上悟志：国家公務員として中央省庁及び政府関係機関における勤務経験を活かし、政策の企画・立案 ・実行等に関する講義を行う。

内海京久：企業において新商品・新技術の研究開発業務に携わった経験と、競争戦略やイノベーションに関するアカデミアの知見を活かし、新商品開発のための技術戦略立案と実行について、理論と実践のギャップにフォーカスした講義を行う。

田村浩道：過去30年間にわたって株式を中心としたリスクアセットのリサーチ業務に従事。幅広い実務経験をベースとして実践的な知識習得を目指した授業を行う。

藏知弘史：起業家、経営者として20年、ITコンサルタントとして約25年にわたって活動した実績と経験を活かし、起業および新事業開発等の実態を踏まえた上で、実践的な講義、指導を行う。

中山裕香子：コンサルタント（情報通信・メディア系、流通サービス系など）としての勤務経験を活かし、デジタル化がもたらす新しい価値やビジネスモデル、デジタル化戦略などに関する授業や指導を行う。

鈴木公明：企業知財部員（精密機械）、特許庁審査官、経済産業省水際取締委員、商品開発コンサルタント、弁理士等の経験を活かして、企業経営における知的財産戦略について講義し、議論をファシリテートする。

Hidehiko Aoki: Until August 2020, worked as a securities analyst in charge of the retail industry for a total of 31 years. He has a wide network of contacts in industries such as retail, food, consumer goods, IT, and logistics, and strives to deliver lectures that combine theory with reality.

Satoshi Inoue: Lectures on policy planning and implementation based on his work experience as a national public servant at central ministries and government-related organizations.

Kyohisa Uchiumi: Utilizing his experience in research and development of new products and new technologies at a company and his academic knowledge of competitive strategy and innovation, he will give lectures focusing on the gap between theory and practice regarding the planning and execution of technology strategies for new product development.

Masatoshi Okada worked at MUFG Bank for 29 years. From a practitioner's point of view, he is the head of the MUFG Bank Family Office, and Director of MUFG Family Business Research Institute, and from an academic perspective, he is a visiting professor at the Center for Family Business Research and Education (MUFGWM Endowed Center), Graduate School of Business Administration, Kobe University. 

TAKAAKI KITABAYASHI: I will be giving lectures and providing guidance that draws on my 30 years of experience working in a wide range of roles at a Japanese manufacturing (monozukuri) company, including engineering, project management, technology management, human resources development, organizational development, business planning, and so on.
Hiromichi Tamura: Prof. Tamura has been engaged in research of risk assets, mainly equities, for the past 30 years. He teaches courses aimed at acquiring practical knowledge based on his wide range of practical experience.

Hiroshi Kurachi: With 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and about 25 years as an IT consultant, I provide practical lectures and guidance based on the realities of starting and developing a new business.

Yukako Nakayama: Based on her experience working as a researcher and consultant (in the information communication and media, distribution services, etc.), she gives lectures and provides guidance on new values and business models brought by digitalization, as well as on digitalization strategies.
