実際にあった出来事についての英文を読み、それぞれのテーマに関連した語彙および表現を学びつつ、内容を自分のこととして深く理解し考える。

英文読解力、想像力ならびに語彙力を養う。

英文の内容を正確に読み取る能力ならびに語彙力を養うとともに、人生についての洞察を深められるようになる。
