概要 Description

The analysis of electrical and electronic materials is essential for the promotion of micro- and nano-technology. This course will enable the students understand the principles of various analytical methods, surface observation, etc., and learn what can be revealed by such analysis. This is a key skill not only for graduate school research, but also for working as an engineer or researcher after entering the workforce.
目的 Objectives

This course is designed to realize "extremely high level of expertise on at least one special field of three specialized majors of electrical engineering, electronic engineering, and information and communication engineering in the Department of Electrical Engineering," as specified in the diploma policy of the Department.
