概要 Description

Recently, microfabrication processes, which have been developed for semiconductor device fabrication, are applied to various device fabrication in which mechanical elements are involved. In this course, we will obtain knowledge for such device development.
目的 Objectives

Various novel devices have been realized by employing microfabrication processes. In this course, we will learn the microfabrication processes and be able to utilize the processes for novel technological development.
This course corresponds to the diploma policy 1(1) in the Department of Mechanical Aerospace Engineering, Graduate School of Science and Technology.
Outcomes
