第1回から第15回まで、土木計画の幅広い専門知識に関する講義を行う。
In this course will be given 15 times lectures, and will be lectured on extensive expertise in civil engineering planning.

土木工学の計画分野の幅広い基礎知識の習得を目的とする。
This course aims to acquire a broad basic knowledge of civil engineering planning field.

交通施設整備を中心とする社会資本整備の考え方（現状と課題、財源、制度、予測・評価方法等）について、経済理論や最近の話題から最新の動向を理解することを到達目標とする。
Students can understand the latest trend about social capital improvement (including current situations and issues, financial resource, system, and forecasting/evaluating method), focusing transport facilities, with covering economic theory and current topics.

配布するPDFにより十分復習し、各回で紹介する社会資本の現状、課題、新たな動向について、説明できるようにしておく。また、与えられた課題に関するレポートの作成を行う。
Students are expected to review well from the handouts, and to describe the current situation, issues and the latest trend about social capital. Also reports will be assigned.

出席及びレポートにより評価する。
Basically by attendance and reports.
