グローバル化社会において、組織の行動を的確に捉えて、理解し、予測することは、重要であるにも関わらず、複雑化と変化の加速化により困難を極めている。本講義では、組織を観察・分析の対象とするマクロ組織行動論の基本的な理論を学ぶことにより、この困難な問題に取り組むために有益なアプローチを学ぶ。最重要用語は覚える必要があるため、講義の回にミニテストを実施する。
From an economic perspective, predicting organizational behavior is important. Globalization, social complexity, and the high speed of business transactions increase the difficulty of predicting organizational behavior. This course offers problem-solution approaches for learning the basics of macro-organizational theory. This course provides short tests about basic technical terms to reinforce student learning.

マクロ組織行動論の代表的な理論を使って、現実の社会事象を説明する方法を学ぶことを目的とする。本学科のディプロマ・ポリシーに定める『グローバル化や地球環境問題など広範かつ多様なビジネス環境で発生している諸々の問題に対して自然科学及び社会科学の知識を活用して解明するという基本的方針の下で理論的かつ実践的な考え方を身に付けている。』を実現するための科目である。
This course aims to develop the ability to explain real-world social phenomena using representative theories of macro organizational behavior. It is designed to realize the diploma policy of the Department, which states that students should acquire both theoretical and practical ways of thinking based on the fundamental principle of applying knowledge from the natural and social sciences to analyze various issues arising in broad and diverse business environments, such as globalization and global environmental problems.

社会事象をマクロ組織行動論の理論を利用して説明できることを目標とする。
This course aims to explain the sociological phenomenon using macro-organizational theory.

各自の修士論文の構想に活用すべく、マクロ組織行動論の関連領域に注目して受講すること。
Attendances should be highly interested in referral areas of macro-organizational theory for master thesis plan.

Lecture: Read the textbook and pick up technical terms and write down the meaning in a notebook for memorizing technical terms (more than 4 hours).
Presentation and discussion: Preparation for presentation (more than 4 hours)

米国系コンサルティングファームで、経営コンサルタントとして経験がある。経営コンサルタントとしての、プレゼンテーションスキルやディスカッション能力、ＩＴ技術力を有する。
The instructor has experience working as a management consultant at a U.S.-based consulting firm, possessing strong presentation and discussion skills as well as proficiency in IT.
