概要　Description
経営戦略論または広く経営学領域の論文や本を輪読する。

Students will read articles and books on strategic management or business administration broadly in a round-table format.
目的　Objectives
さまざまなバックグラウンドをもった参加者に対して、経営戦略論について、幅広く、基礎から最新研究動向までを紹介することを目的としている。経営学研究科のディプロマ・ポリシーに定める「専攻分野における高い専門性と倫理観、国際的視野を持った研究者又は高度専門職業人の養成」することを目的とする。

The objective is to introduce participants from various backgrounds to a wide range of management strategy theory, from the basics to the latest research trends. As stipulated by the Graduate School of Management's Diploma Policy, the objective is to train researchers or advanced professionals with a high level of expertise and ethics in their major field of study and an international perspective.

準備学習・復習　Preparation and review
  • 毎週、輪読課題には4時間程度の準備学習が必要になる。

  • Each week, the reading assignments will require about 4 hours of preparation.
成績評価方法　Performance grading policy
  • プレゼンテーションの出来映え、及び議論への参加の積極性を加味して評価する。
  • 欠席１回につき、5点の減点を行う。遅刻は2回で欠席1回としてカウントする。欠席、遅刻は、原則、このルールに則りカウントするが、特段の事情がある場合には、教員に相談すること。
  • 担当回のプレゼンテーションの欠席は、履修放棄とみなす。　

  • To be evaluated in taking account of the presentation’s performance level and positiveness of participation in discussion.
  • Five (5) points will be deducted for each absence. Two tardies will count as one absence. In principle, absences and tardies will be counted according to this rule, but in special circumstances, please consult with the instructor.
  • Absence from the assigned presentation will be considered as an abandonment of the course.
