建築計画学は1950年代以降に日本で発展した学問である。終戦当時、最も建設が急がれた「住宅」、「病院」、「学校」を主軸に研究が展開され、現在に至る。
本講義では、上記のような歴史的変遷にそって、
第一に、戸建て住宅、集合住宅を軸に、住宅の平面及び空間について多くの事例を通して、「住まいの形式」を学び、基本的な間取りのイメージを修得する。
第二に、学校をはじめ、美術館・図書館・劇場等の各種建物の計画手法を学ぶ。時代の流れの中で社会が絶えず変化し、計画手法も変化することを理解した上で、各種建物に求められる社会的な背景とニーズ、利用者と管理運営者等のニーズを踏まえ、敷地の物理的な条件や環境条件等を読み取り、計画する手法を学ぶ。あわせて、各種建物の海外・国内の新しい動向を紹介する。


Architectural planning is a study developed in Japan since the 1950s. At the end of the war, research was developed mainly on “housing”, “hospital”, and “school”, which were most urgently constructed.

First, students learn about the “style of living” and learn the basic floor plan through many examples of flats and spaces of houses, centering on detached houses and apartment houses.

Second, students learn the planning methods for various buildings such as schools, museums, libraries, and theaters.

It is required to understand that the society is constantly changing in the course of the times and that the planning method is changing, and based on the social background and needs of various buildings, the needs of users and management operators, etc.
In addition, we will introduce new trends in various buildings in Japan and overseas.

本講義の目的は、現在、我々の環境をとりまくほぼ全てのビィルディングタイプ（住宅、学校、図書館、美術館など）の設計における基本的な計画要件を理解・修得し、プランをイメージ、作図ができるようになることである。
そこで本講義では、概要にもある通り、
第一に、戸建て住宅、集合住宅を軸に、住宅の平面及び空間について多くの事例を通して基本的な間取りのイメージが描けるよう「住まいの形式」を学び修得する。
第二に、学校をはじめ、美術館・図書館・劇場等の各種建物の計画手法を学ぶ。時代の流れの中で社会が絶えず変化し、計画手法も変化することを歴史的変遷とともにイメージできるようになる。
そして、各種建物に求められる社会的な背景とニーズ、利用者と管理運営者等のニーズを踏まえ、敷地の物理的な条件や環境条件等を読み取り、計画する手法を学び修得する。あわせて、各種建物の海外・国内の新しい動向を捉え、国際比較する視点を得る。

この講義は演習科目である設計製図１と連動して行われる。設計製図１の受講者は必ず受講すること。
到達度評価試験を下記の授業計画を原則として行う。
