実際に映画で流れる映像・音声を使用して、英語を学習する。

英語の発音・聞き取りを楽しむ力をつけるとともに、教養教育の編成方針である「国際性」及び「自己管理力」を高める。外国語である英語の諸特性を理解し、学んだ英語の知識を使えるものにすることで「国際性」を身に付け、計画的に予習・復習を行って意欲的に授業に取り組むことで「自己管理力」を養う。

映画で使われる英語に慣れるとともに、映画の内容をより楽しめるようになることを目指す。

３分の２以上の出席を、評価の前提とする。

授業の前に30分程度教科書の語彙を確認する。授業の後に30分程度問題を解きなおし理解を定着させる。

平常点（30%）と達成度評価（70%）から評価する。

・A：到達目標を十分に達成している
・B：到達目標を達成している
・C：到達目標を最低限達成している
・D：到達目標を達成していない
・-：学修成果の評価を判断する要件を欠格している
