知的財産の金銭的価値を算定する視点を通じて、企業経営における知的財産の定量評価の意義を把握し、今後の企業経営を展望する。

知的財産の金銭的価値を算定する視点を通じて、企業経営における知的財産の定量評価の意義を把握し、今後の企業経営を展望するための基礎的知識・スキルを身に付ける。

以下の教育目標と関連している。
1.専門分野の枠を超えて広い視野で多元的・複眼的に自然・人間・社会を俯瞰できる能力
3.課題を自ら発見し、主体的に考え、解決に取り組むための論理的・批判的思考力
4.正解のない課題に対しても積極的に挑むための判断力・行動力

知的財産の金銭的価値を算定する視点を得る。企業経営における知的財産の定量評価の意義を把握する。今後の企業経営を展望するための知識・スキルを身に付ける。

Students are required to pre-study materials to be distributed in advance.

授業貢献（講義に参加し、質問し、議論に加わること、受講レポートに表された理解度等）を50％、各種課題レポート（中間・期末ほか）を50％として評価する。単位取得には、11回以上の出席を要す。レポート等の解答例または評価観点、主な質問への回答は、LETUSに掲載する。

　知的財産経営の概要、企業経営における知的財産の創造、保護および活用の各局面の意義を把握する。

第５回　マネジメントと知的財産（２）
　知的財産経営の実践例を通じて企業経営における知的財産の意義を理解する。

第６回　アカウンティングと知的財産（１）
　会計制度上の知的財産の位置づけを理解する。

　会計制度において知的財産が問題となる局面とその会計処理を理解する。

　知的財産に基づく資金調達の具体的事例を通じて、知的財産ファイナンスの理解を深める。

　知的財産の価値評価について、基本的な考え方を理解する。

　コスト法、マーケット法による価値評価の考え方を理解し、簡単な事例について計算するスキルを身に付ける。

第12回　知的財産の価値評価（３）
　インカム法による価値評価の考え方を理解し、簡単な事例について計算するスキルを身に付ける。

第13回　知的財産の価値評価（４）
　決定木分析およびオプション理論を知的財産の価値評価に適用する場合の考え方を理解する。

第14回　デューデリジェンスと知的財産
　事業買収時に行われるデューデリジェンスの基本を理解し、知的財産の取り扱いについて把握する。

第15回　まとめ
　特許権侵害訴訟における損害額の計算方法を把握するとともに、ここまで学んだことを振り返る。

Session 1: Guidance What is Intellectual Property (1)
　Understand the concepts of intangible assets, intellectual assets, intellectual property, intellectual property rights, and legally protected interests.

Session 2: What is Intellectual Property (2)
　Students will gain an overview of representative intellectual property rights, including patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, breeder's rights, and interests protected by the Unfair Competition Prevention Law.

Session 3: Why is it necessary to evaluate the value of intellectual property?
　To understand the background of recent pro-patent policy as a national strategy, the direction of the policy, and the efforts of various companies.

Session 4: Management and Intellectual Property (1)
　To understand the outline of intellectual property management and the significance of each phase of the creation, protection, and utilization of intellectual property in corporate management.

Session5: Management and Intellectual Property (2)
　To understand the significance of intellectual property in business management through practical examples of intellectual property management.

Session 6: Accounting and Intellectual Property (1)
　To understand the positioning of intellectual property in the accounting system.

Session 7: Accounting and Intellectual Property (2)
　To understand the aspects in which intellectual property becomes an issue in the accounting system and its accounting treatment.

Session 8: Finance and intellectual property (1)
　To understand the basics of financing based on intellectual property.

Session 9: Finance and Intellectual Property (2)
　Students will deepen their understanding of intellectual property finance through specific examples of financing based on intellectual property.

Session 10: Valuation of Intellectual Property (1)
　To understand the basic concept of valuation of intellectual property.

Session 11: Valuation of Intellectual Property (2)
　Understand the concept of valuation by cost method and market method, and acquire skills to calculate simple examples.

　To understand the concept of valuation by income method and to acquire skills to calculate the value of simple examples.

　To understand the concept of applying decision tree analysis and option theory to the valuation of intellectual property.

　Understand the basics of due diligence in business acquisitions and how to handle intellectual property.

　To understand how to calculate damages in patent infringement lawsuits and to review what has been learned up to this point.

弁理士の経験を活かして、発明発掘、特許出願代理、知財契約、紛争処理について講義する。
研究所長（知的財産）の経験を活かして、知的財産に係る国際動向について講義する。
経済産業省水際取締委員（不正競争防止法）の経験を活かして、商品形態模倣、商品等表示の混同惹起行為・冒用の問題について講義する。
試験委員（弁理士、知財検定）の経験を活かして、知的財産制度全般を講義する。
客員研究員（政策ビジョン）の経験を活かして、商品・サービス開発と知的財産との関係について講義する。
商品開発コンサルタントの経験を活かして、商品開発によって生まれる知的財産の保護について講義する。
企業研修講師（知的財産）の経験を活かして、アクティブラーニング形式の授業展開をファシリテートする。　

Lectures on discovery of inventions, patent applications, utilization of rights, and dispute resolution, making use of the experience of corporate intellectual property staff members (precision machines).
Using the experience of the Patent Office examiners (patents and designs), lectures will be made on criteria for judging patent requirements and registration requirements.
Lectures on invention discovery, patent application agent, IP contract, and dispute resolution, making use of the patent attorney's experience.
Using the experience of the research director (intellectual property), lectures on international trends related to intellectual property.
Using the experience of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry Water Control Commission (Unfair Competition Prevention Act), lectures will be given on the problems of product form imitation, confusion of labeling of products, etc.
Lectures on the entire intellectual property system, making use of the experience of the examination committee (patent attorney, intellectual property certification).
Lectures on the relationship between product and service development and intellectual property using the experience of visiting researcher (policy vision).
Using the experience of product development consultants, lectures on the protection of intellectual property created by product development.
Facilitate the development of active learning classes by leveraging the experience of corporate trainers (intellectual property).
