都市をめぐる情勢について多角的視点から論じることにより、建築や土木といった単一分野では解決し得ない諸問題に対する対応能力を身につける

By discussing the situation surrounding cities from multiple perspectives, students will acquire the ability to deal with various problems that cannot be solved by a single field such as architecture or civil engineering.

都市計画の歴史から現在の都市問題まで幅広く学ぶことにより、都市および都市計画に対する基礎的な問題点を把握すること。
歴史や事例などから、都市計画の理論を理解すること。

To understand the basic problems of cities and urban planning by studying a wide range of topics from the history of urban planning to current urban problems.
To understand the theory of urban planning through history and case studies.

自分が育ったまちや現在居住している都市における都市問題に関心を持ち、それぞれのアプローチで諸問題の解決策を検討し、その理由と効果を説明できるようになること。

Be interested in the urban problems of the city where he grew up and the city where he lives and to explore the solution of various problems with each approach and to explain the reason and effect

当科目は部外４名の講師によるものであり、それぞれの分野で講義を行う。そのため、参考書などから各自都市計画の基礎を学んでおくことで、講義内容をより理解しやすくしておくことが望まれる。
また、日常的に街を観察する問題意識を持つことが望まれる。

As this course is conducted by four lecturers outside the department, it is desirable to make lecture contents easier to understand by learning the basis of each city plan from reference book etc.
Also, it is desirable to have a problem consciousness to observe the city on a daily basis.

講義で使用する資料を事前アップしておくので、予め目を通し、関係する事項などを調べて、不明な点などについて質問できるようにしておくことが望ましい。

Since materials to be used in the lecture are pre-registered, it is desirable to look through in advance and investigate related matters and make it possible to ask questions about unknown points.
