本講義では、環境政策の視点から、持続可能な社会に向けた国内外の様々な主体による取り組みに注目します。環境政策の基本事項を確認した後、日本や各国、各地域、多様な主体による取り組みの到達点と課題をとりあげる。現状に対する理解を深めるとともに、SDGsや持続可能な社会に向けて行動する市民の育成に努めていきたい。




This lecture will be focused on activities of multiple actors in each countries and regions for sustainable society on the basis of perspectives on environmental policy. After confirming basic points of environmental policy, this course will be covered current situations and agendas in each countries including Japan, each regions, and activities of multiple actors.This course will be intended to deepen understanding about current situations and nurture active citizen for sustainable society.

持続可能な社会に向けた世界各国、各地域、各主体による取り組みの現状と課題を理解する。

・環境問題の解決に向けた世界各国、各地域での各主体による取り組みの多様性について理解する。
・環境政策の視点を理解する。
・持続可能な社会に向けて何が問題となっているのか、持続可能な社会はどうあるべきかといった点を考える視座を理解する。

・Understanding diversity of activities multiple actors in each countries and regions for solving environmental issue.
・Understanding perspectives of environmental policy
・Providing pesrpectives on current agendas and visions for sustainable society.

The order of the lectures may be changed as needed. Depending on the field, it may take the form of two-way, multi-directional lecture management, such as active learning.

Printed materials will be distributed in each lesson to make preparation and review

出席率70％以上が成績評価の対象となります。

講義への出席を前提として、試験またはレポート90％、授業態度10％で評価する。

On the basis of attendance, student will be graded on final tests or report results(90%) and class attitude(10%).

環境政策の調査に関して、独立行政法人の研究所にて流動研究員として実務を経験している。また地方自治体での環境審議会委員を経験している。これらの経験を生かして環境政策の講義を行う。



As for research on environmental policy, Instructor have worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the National Institute.
