概要　Description
本科目設置の狙い及び専攻の目的との連関性を踏まえ、技術経営を行う上で不可欠なマクロ経済学及びミクロ経済学の基礎的概念、例えば、「GDPの寄与度分析」「合成の誤謬」「イールドカーブ」「国際収支分析・為替相場」「取引費用」「情報の非対称性」などについて学ぶとともに、議論を通じて、各企業が実際に直面しそうな課題の解決に向けたケーススタディ（グループ討論等）を行うことで、CXOを目指す学生にとって最低限必要な実践力を身につける。

Based on the aim of establishing this subject and its linkage with the objectives of the department, students learn about the basic concepts of macroeconomics and microeconomics essential for technology management, such as 'GDP contribution analysis', 'synthetic fallacy', 'yield curve', 'balance of payments analysis and exchange rates', 'transaction costs', 'information asymmetry', etc.Through discussions, case studies (e.g. group discussions) on solving problems that each company is likely to face in practice will enable students to acquire the minimum practical skills required for those aiming to become CXOs.

目的　Objectives

・本科目は、専門科目である。本専攻のディプロマ・ポリシー、カリキュラム・ポリシーとの関連性は『履修の手引き』を参照すること。
  • 技術経営と経済学に関連する領域において、先ずは、経済学の基礎を体系的に総ざらいするとともに、イノベーションの視点から最適なアプローチを選び、グループ討論などを通じて、自社(全社と自部門)、取引先や競合他社等を取り巻く経済状況などにつき分析する基本的な力を身につける。

 - In the areas related to technology management and economics, students first systematically review the fundamentals of economics, select the most appropriate approach from the perspective of innovation and, through group discussions, learn about the economic situation surrounding their own company (company-wide and in their own department), business partners and competitors, etc.Acquire the basic skills to analyse the economic situation of your company (company-wide and in your own department), business partners and competitors through group discussions, etc.

  • リーダーとして、イノベーションに役立つ経済学の知識をビジネスにおいて実践的に活用することができるようになる。
  • 様々な経済学者や有識者の立場などからくる意見の相違を理解し、自社を取り巻く経済環境の先行きなどについて、意見をもって議論ができるようになる。
  • 最低限、経済紙・雑誌などで議論されていることについて、明確に理解し、批判的に自らの意見を述べることができるようになる。
  • グラデュエーションペーパーで、関連する先行研究を評価でき、仮説検証に有益な知見を身に着け、ビジネス企画提案では、具体的で実践的な提案ができるようになる。
  • 本科目について定められている本専攻のカリキュラム・ポリシーに関連する教育領域（『履修の手引き』を参照）の知見を習得している。

  • As a leader, be able to make practical use of knowledge of economics for innovation in business. 
  • Understand the differing opinions of various economists and experts, and be able to discuss the future of the economic environment in which your company operates with an opinion.
  •  At a minimum, be able to clearly understand and critically express their own opinions on issues discussed in economic newspapers and magazines. 
  • Be able to evaluate relevant previous research in a research paper, acquire useful knowledge for testing hypotheses, and make concrete, practical proposals in a business proposal. 
  • This subject acquires knowledge in the educational areas related to the curriculum policy of the department (see 'Course Guide'), which is set out in relation to.

準備学習・復習　Preparation and review
  • 各週回の 1 週間程度前に配信する教材をもとに 、各回の授業前に資料の確認等予習をしてくること。
  • 必要に応じて、適時レポートを課し、授業復習に代わる学習と位置づける。授業において理解ができなかった部分は授業動画を視聴して復習すること。
  • なお、ゲストスピーカーの資料は事前にアップすることができない場合がある。その際は、その方の経歴・実績などを予習の上、授業に臨むこと。
  • 毎週回では必要に応じて、授業で行った練習問題、演習に関する復習を行う。またレポートを課し、授業復習に代わる学習と位置づける場合もある。
  • 準備学習：事前配布資料等に基づく次回授業参加の準備、復習（毎週8時間程度）。


- Students are expected to prepare for each lesson by reviewing the materials, etc., based on the course materials distributed approximately one week before each weekly lesson. - If necessary, a report will be assigned at appropriate times and positioned as an alternative to reviewing the class.Students are required to watch the video clips of the class to review any parts of the lecture that they did not understand.

成績評価方法　Performance grading policy
・　授業への貢献度（授業の概要、目的を踏まえ、また、これまでの講義の内容や自らが提出したレポートなどの内容を踏まえて、議論を発展させる質の良い発言や演習での取り組み姿勢等）4０％、レポート（全体で3回程度）４５％、最終個人発表　1５％の割合で評価を行う。
・　レポートのフィードバックは、授業中に取り上げることをもって行う。

- The evaluation is based on the following ratios: contribution to the class (based on the outline and objectives of the class, as well as on the content of previous lectures and reports submitted by the students themselves, quality statements that develop the discussion, attitude in the exercises, etc.) 40%, reports (about three times in total) 45%, final individual presentation 15%.
- The feedback on the reports will be given by taking them up in class.

経済学の基礎的知見を持っていない学生は、「アメリカの高校生が学んでいる経済の教室」D.A. メイヤー著　SBクリエイティブ (2022/2/2)をざっと目を通しておくこと（所要1〜２週間程度）。

　また、講義を通じて、理解できなかったことなどを確認するためには、「クルーグマン ミクロ経済学(第2版) 」東洋経済新報社や、「ブランシャール マクロ経済学 上 (第2版): 基礎編」 2020/4/3（東洋経済新報社）が有用であろう。

You should skim through "The Economics Classroom of American High School Students" by D.A. Mayer, SB Creative (2022/2/2) (takes about 1 to 2 weeks).

In addition, to confirm what you did not understand through the lectures, we recommend "Krugman Microeconomics (2nd Edition)" by Toyo Keizai Shinposha or "Blanchard Macroeconomics Upper (2nd Edition): The Basics" by Blanchard, 2020/4/3 (Toyo Keizai Shinposha).

諏訪園貞明：　国家公務員等として中央省庁及び政府関係機関における勤務経験を活かし、経済分析・法制度・経済規制とはどのようなものか、これらに各企業はどのように向き合うべきなどに関する講義を行う。


Sadaaki Suwazono: Lectures on what economic analysis, legal systems and economic regulations are and how each company should deal with them, based on his experience in based on his work experience as a national public servant at central ministries and government-related organizations.
