• イノベーションを起こす CXO や起業家を目指す学生が、イノベーションを起こしてきた経営者や起業家などのケーススタディに触れ、これまで学んできた技術経営に関する形式知中心とした 知見を、5W1H の視点で、特別解として、総合的に組立て、実践知とし、それぞれのケースや経営者のリーダーシップも含め、業績から評価し、また、更なる改善や自社への知見として自分事として、導入できることなどを提案する。
• なお、アドバンストリーダーシップとの違いは、これは演習科目であり、企業経営のケーススタディであり、全教員が参加する。アドバンストリーダーシップはゲストスピーカーからリーダーシップを中心に学ぶ座学であり、企業経営だけでなく、多様なリーダーシップが学べ、教員は主と副のみである。

• Students who aspire to become CXOs or entrepreneurs who create innovations will be exposed to case studies of managers and entrepreneurs who have created innovations, and will be able to synthesize the knowledge they have learned so far, mainly formal knowledge about technology management, as a special solution from a 5W1H perspective, to create practical knowledge. • The course invites guest speakers who are leaders in the business and academic fields, including business executives who have launched new businesses within large corporations, entrepreneur CEOs who have started their own ventures, CEOs of foreign-affiliated companies in Japan, and executives who have successfully revitalized or restructured struggling companies. Additionally, policymakers and researchers who have made significant social contributions will also be invited. Through lectures on their practical thinking and actions that supported their achievements, students will develop the insights and competencies required of a CxO (Chief Officer).

  1. 「授業貢献」は、ディスカッションを中心に、講義中の質疑応答も考慮する。①理解度(ゲストのプレゼンとケースの多面的な深い理解）、②分析力（ゲストのケースを多面的に分析）、③応用(理解や分析を受け、自分事として、受け止め、自社に応用や提案ができるか）、④議論のリード(ファシリテーター、グループディスカッション、コミュニケーションなど能力）を基準に評価する。
  2. 「レポート」は、個別レポートを、(1)理解度、(2)ロジック、(3)分析や提案の独創性、(4)示唆性、(5)表現力（発表プレゼン力）、などを基準に評価する。
• 採点は各教員が別々に付けて、その平均点を評点とする。
• グループ発表は、各回から選んでもいいし、比較して総括してもいいが、各回のゲストのプレゼンや質疑の内容を含んでいること。
• 最終の個人レポートは、グループ発表を参考にして提出する。
• なお、各個人レポートについては、教員を含む学生全員のコメントをフィードバックする予定。

• Grading is based on relative evaluation.

  Class Contribution is assessed primarily through discussions, including Q&A during lectures. Evaluation criteria include:

• Each instructor assigns scores independently, and the final grade is determined by averaging these scores.

  For Group Presentations, students may select specific sessions or provide a comparative summary, but the content must incorporate the guest presentations and discussions from each session.

  The final individual report should be submitted with reference to the group presentations.

• Additionally, feedback on each individual report will be provided, incorporating comments from both the instructor and all students.
