• コーポレートファイナンスについての基礎知識に加え、資本市場からみた企業統治についての基礎知識を網羅的に身につけるため、代表的なファイナンス・ガバナンスセオリーに基づいた講義と演習を行う。
• CFO、プライベートエクイティ投資家などファイナンスの一線で活躍するゲストらとの対話を通じ、理論と実践の両面からファイナンスと企業統治の実践力を身につける。

• Based on the aim of establishing this subject and its relevance to the objectives of the major, students will learn about the specialized knowledge and practices of finance and corporate governance necessary for studying technology management, and will also acquire practical skills for solving problems.
• In order to comprehensively acquire basic knowledge about corporate finance as well as corporate governance from the capital market perspective, lectures and exercises will be held based on representative finance and governance theories.
• Through dialogue with guests active on the front lines of finance, such as CFOs and private equity investors, students will acquire practical skills in finance and corporate governance from both theoretical and practical perspectives.

青木英彦：2020年8月まで、のべ31年間にわたり小売業界担当の証券アナリスト業務に従事。金融、小売、食品、消費財、IT、物流業界など産業界に幅広い人的ネットワークを持ち、現場・現実とセオリーを合体させた講義を心掛けている。現在、株式会社ワールド独立社外取締役（取締役会議長）、加藤産業株式会社独立社外取締役を務める。

Hidehiko Aoki: Until August 2020, engaged in securities analyst work in charge of the retail industry for a total of 31 years. He has a wide range of personal networks in industries such as finance, retail, food, consumer goods, IT, and logistics, and tries to combine theory with the field/reality in his lectures. He currently serves as an independent outside director (chairman of the board) for World Co., Ltd. and an independent outside director for Kato Sangyo Co., Ltd.
