グローバル化社会において、組織の行動を的確に捉えて、理解し、予測することは、重要であるにも関わらず、複雑化と変化の加速化により困難を極めている。本講義では、組織を観察・分析の対象とするマクロ組織行動論の基本的な理論を学ぶことにより、この困難な問題に取り組むために有益なアプローチを学ぶ。最重要用語は覚える必要があるため、講義の回にミニテストを実施する。

From an economic perspective, the prediction of organizational behavior is important. Globalization, social complexity, and the high speed of business transactions increase the difficulty of predicting organizational behavior. This lecture offers some problem-solution approaches for learning the basics of macro-organizational theory. This lecture provides short tests about basic technical terms to reinforce attendance's learnings.

マクロ組織行動論の代表的な理論を使って、現実の社会事象を説明する方法を学ぶことを目的とする。本学科のディプロマ・ポリシーに定める『グローバル化や地球環境問題など広範かつ多様なビジネス環境で発生している諸々の問題に対して自然科学及び社会科学の知識を活用して解明するという基本的方針の下で理論的かつ実践的な考え方を身に付けている。』を実現するための科目である。
The class enhances the students’ ability to understand the basics of this theory and adapt the theory to the real world.

社会事象をマクロ組織行動論の理論を利用して説明できることを目標とする。

The goal of this lecture is to explain the sociological phenomenon using macro-organizational theory.
