指導教員から与えられるテーマ，または自分で選択し教員から認められたテーマにしたがって，建築・地域プロジェクトでの実習，実験，文献調査等を行う．

Training, experiments, literature research, etc. in architectural and regional issues according to the theme given by the supervisor or chosen by the student and approved by the supervisor.

建築・地域プロジェクトへの参画，実験，文献調査などを通して知識や技能を深め，各自の研究・設計テーマを発展させる．

The objective is to deepen students' knowledge and skills through participation in architectural and regional projects, experiments, and literature research, and develop their own research and design themes.

後期の設計実習・実験・調査２に先立ち，2年次の修士研究・修士設計に向けて，建築・地域プロジェクトへの参画，実験，文献調査などを通して知識や技能を深めることができる．

Students can deepen their knowledge and skills through participation in architectural and regional projects, experiments, and literature research in preparation for the master's research and master's design in the second year, prior to Design Practice, Experiment and Survey 2 in the second semester.

ディベート・ディスカッション　Debate/Discussion／プレゼンテーション　Presentation

研究プロジェクトを進め，毎週行われるゼミおよび中間発表会で発表ができるよう準備をする．
ゼミ及び中間発表後には，コメントを受けて研究の具体的な進め方を再検討する．

Students should work on their research projects and prepare to present their work in weekly seminars and midterm presentations.
After the seminars and the midterm presentations, students should reexamine their research refer to the comments from the supervisor.

プロジェクト，実験，調査等への取り組み態度，成果，理解度によって総合的に評価する．

Students will be evaluated comprehensively based on their attitudes toward the project, experiments, surveys, etc., their achievements, and their level of understanding.

・A：到達目標を十分に達成している
・B：到達目標を達成している
・C：到達目標を最低限達成している

テーマに応じて指導
Reference and other materials will be recommended according to the themes

各自のテーマに沿って，たとえば以下のようなスケジュールで進められる．
4〜5月：指導教員とのディスカッションを通じてテーマを設定
6〜9月：プロジェクトへの参画，実験や調査の実施
7月に中間発表を行う

April-May: discussions of research theme
June-September: participation in research projects, experiments, or survey
July: mid-term presentations in English
