建築基準法に明文化されている性能規定である「避難安全検証法」を中心に、その関連事項を含む設計技術を学ぶ。キャリアとの関係では、社会に出て必要な避難安全設計の基礎を学ぶことができる。
Learn design techniques, including related matters, focusing on the Evacuation Safety Verification Method, which is a performance regulation indicated in the Building Standards Law. Students can learn the basics of necessary evacuation safety design.

建築基準法に明文化されている性能規定である「避難安全検証法」を中心に、建築防災計画やその関連事項を含む設計技術を修得する。同時に、建築避難安全設計の理解を通して、問題解決力を養う。
To learn design techniques, including building fire prevention plans and related matters, with a focus on the Evacuation Safety Verification Method, which is a performance regulation indicated in the Building Standards Law. At the same time, cultivate problem-solving skills through understanding building safety evacuation design.

１　建築防災計画の基本事項を理解し説明できるようになる。
２　避難安全設計法に関する設計技術を理解し説明できるようになる。
３　避難時間について理解し説明できるようになる。
1) To understand and explain the basic items of the building disaster prevention plan.
2) To understand and explain design techniques related to the evacuation safety design method.
3) To understand and explain evacuation time.

教科書・プリント等の精読を基本とし、各回ごとに準備学習・復習については指示する。
Based on careful reading of textbooks, prints, etc., instruct the preparatory learning and review every time.

課題提出内容（４０％）、プレゼンテーション（３０％）、質疑応答（３０％）の状況を総合して評価する。
Evaluate comprehensively the assignment submission (40%), the presentation (30%), the question and answer (30%).
