概要　Description

担当教員，関連分野の研究者らと履修学生が毎回，話題提供と議論を行う．学生の発表内容は，自身がこれまでに習得した知識，先行研究のレビュー，興味を持っている分野の動向等とする．自身の発表を行い，関連分野の質疑応答に参画することで，プレゼンテーションと情報理解能力を磨く．
Faculty member, researchers in related fields and students studying will give topics and discuss each time. Student presentation content shall be, knowledge acquired by himself so far, review of past research, trend of field which is currently interested etc. Making presentation and participate in questions on disaster prevention in related fields to hone your presentation and information comprehension skills.

目的　Objectives

統計分野全般を対象に，関連する分野の過去の事例から最新の研究動向にわたるまで幅広く知識を習得するとともに，実社会における幅広い防災分野の課題やその課題解決のための能力が培われることを目的としている．
For the statistics field as a whole, we aim to acquire a wide range of knowledge from early studies in related fields to the latest research trends, and to cultivate a wide range of issues in the real world and the ability to solve them.

到達目標　Outcomes

修士論文を作成する．また，研究成果を学会発表し，論文を学術雑誌へ投稿する．
Write a master's thesis. In addition, we will present the research results to the academic conference and post the thesis to academic journals.
