概要　Description

学内外の一線の研究者による講演を聞き、現在進みつつある先端の研究に触れる。
We invite leading researchers both on and off campus to lecture on their latest research.

目的　Objectives

各自の専門を超えて幅広い数学的素養を身につける。
To obtain a wide range of mathematical knowledge that goes beyond one's speciality.

到達目標　Outcomes

先端の研究に触れること、自分の研究とのつながりを見出すこと。
To touch upon the latest research and to find links to their own research.

あらかじめ講演要旨をよく読み数時間の充分な時間をかけて必要な概念等について理解しておくこと。
また、講演内容で重要な点や興味深い点について数時間の充分な時間をかけて調べ理解を深めること。
準備学習・復習は合わせて、2時間は必要である。
Read the abstract before attending the lecture and review the basic information.
Afterwards, review the lecture thoroughly and make notes on topics that relate to your research.
As a guide, 2 hours of preparation and reviewing lecture contents are recommended.

講演を聞いた上で担当教員と議論をし、その結果により評価する。

1st-7th: Seminar form
For each class, we invite a different researcher at the forefront of their field to give a lecture.
All lectures will touch on the latest research related to their topics.
8th: Summary
Summarize the lectures through discussions.
