概要　Description

医薬品の有効性と安全性を確保するには、医薬品を適正に使用することが必要である。現在の医療における薬剤師は、ルーチンの薬剤業務に追われているが、質の高い医療を実践するには、幅広い視点を持つことが必須であり、問題点を見出して解決する能力が必要である。一方、創薬者も医薬品として使用することを念頭に入れて医薬品を開発することが必要である。

目的　Objectives

本特論では、薬剤師から見た医薬品の適正使用について、その理論と実際について事例を挙げて説明する。医療現場における薬剤業務と臨床研究、および医薬品開発における創薬活動の視野を広げることを目的としている。
（オムニバス方式／全8回）

到達目標　Outcomes

医薬品開発および医療現場での医薬品適正使用等に関する臨床研究の手法を学ぶ。

履修上の注意　Course notes prerequisites

講義内容は広範囲に渡る講義内容となるため、受講者の専門領域以外となる場合も多くなる。そのため、受講に際しては、薬学領域でも特に臨床に近い情報・知識を貪欲に得ようという姿勢で臨むこと。

講義内容について十分理解できるよう、一般的な知識については復習しておくこと。また、講義内容についての質問や意見を求められた場合など、自分なりの考察ができるように準備しておくこと。

成績評価方法　Performance grading policy

4名の教員の評価の合計とする。
各教員はレポートにて25点満点にて評価する。
The sum of the evaluations of 4 teachers.
Each teacher evaluate using a maximum of 25 points based on reports.
