本授業は、学校におけるインターンシップ（40時間）を挟み、前半の4回と、後半の4回に分けて実施する。前半の４回は、学校現場における教育活動に参加するための事前準備として、教職概論をはじめとした既習事項の復習に加え、履修者個々が教育実践に臨むにあたり、学校から求められる姿勢を⾝につけることを課題とする。また、教育実践における具体的事例の事例検討会を通して、教員として必要な資質・能力の向上を図る。
　インターンシップは、原則として、週に１日・５週間連続または月曜日から金曜日までの連続する5日間（８時間×５⽇間＝４０時間）とした実習を⾏う。主な実習の内容は、出勤後の朝の打合、授業⽀援、個別の児童・⽣徒支援、等。放課後は、当⽇の反省、次回の打合せ、等。
　後半の授業では、インターンシップの省察を⾏う。ここでは、インターンシップでの体験に基づいて、教育実習や、教職につながる各自の課題を明らかにすることを課題とする。

 This class is divided into four sessions in the first half and four sessions in the second half, interspersed with an internship at a school (40 hours). In the first four sessions, in addition to reviewing the topics already studied, including Introduction to Teaching, students will be required to acquire the attitude required by schools in order to participate in educational activities at school sites. In addition, through case study sessions on specific examples of educational practice, the course aims to improve the qualities and abilities required of teachers.
　As a rule, the internship consists of one day per week for five consecutive weeks or five consecutive days from Monday to Friday (8 hours x 5 days = 40 hours). The main content of the internship is morning meetings after work, support for classes, individual support for students, etc. After school, the internship is conducted on the same day. After school, the students review the day's activities, have a meeting for the next meeting, and so on.
　In the latter half of the day, the internship is reviewed. The assignment here will be to identify issues that will lead to educational practice and teaching based on the internship experience.

本科目は、本学教職課程における独自開講科目として希望する学生を対象としている。学校教育現場における実習では、本学と協定を結ぶ近隣地域の各教育委員会管轄下の中学校・高等学校をはじめ、学生ボランティアを募集している教育関係機関に赴き、担当教員の指導のもと教育補助活動を行うことで、教員として求められる資質の向上に資することを目的とする。

This course is offered to students who wish to take it as an independent course in the university's teaching program. In the practical training at school education sites, students go to junior high and high schools under the jurisdiction of the boards of education in neighboring areas with which the university has agreements, as well as to education-related organizations that are looking for student volunteers, to perform educational support activities under the guidance of teachers in charge, with the aim of contributing to the improvement of the qualities required of teachers.

　準備学習：学校インターンシップの意義、本授業への参加の動機について自らの考えをまとめる。
　授業内容：学校インターンシップの目的・意義・内容について理解する。

第２回：インターンシップに関する注意事項
　準備学習：インターンシップの注意事項について、文献やインターネットで調べる。
　授業内容：インターンシップにおけるトラブルの事例をもとにインターンシップ先でのふるまいについて理解を深め、参加者同士で議論する。
　復　　習：参考文献一覧に示した著作を読み、理解を深める。

第３回：実践に臨む上で必要な視点や態度
　準備学習：教員の日常的な業務内容について文献やインターネットで調べる。。
　授業内容：教員の日常的な業務について理解し、観察の視点を磨く。具体的事例をもとに、それぞれの場面でどのような態度、知識、スキルが求められるかを明確化する。
　復　　習：参考文献一覧に示した著作を読み、理解を深める。

第４回：インターンシップ先についての事前学習
　準備学習：インターンシップ先の学校についてインターネットで調べる。
　授業内容：インターンシップ先の学校の教育方針や地域性について調べた上で自らの目標や課題を設定する。そのうえでインターンシップ先の教育方針のなかで、自らがどのような実践を行ってゆくか、方向性を定める。
　復　　習：参考文献一覧に示した著作を読み、理解を深める。　

　◎インターンシップ【週に１回、５週間連続（８時間×５日間＝４０時間）での実習】

第５回：インターンシップのふり返り（１）—インターンシップ報告書のシェア
　準備学習：インターンシップ報告書に実習内容をまとめる。
　授業内容：インターンシップ報告書をもとに受講者間で体験内容をシェアする。第６回の授業を見据え、インターンシップにおける反省点を整理する。
　復　　習：参考文献一覧に示した著作を読み、理解を深める。

第６回：インターンシップのふり返り（２）—グループディスカッション
　準備学習：学校教員に求められる資質やスキルについて、インターネットや文献をつうじて情報収集する。
　授業内容：第５回の内容を踏まえて、今後学校教員に求められる資質やスキルについてグループごとにまとめる。また、インターンシップで得られた知見と現代の教育改革の動向をリンクさせ、自身の教育観を深化させる。
　復　　習：参考文献一覧に示した著作を読み、理解を深める。

第７回：インターンシップの総括および体験発表会
　準備学習：体験発表会に向けてグループごとに発表内容をまとめる。
　授業内容：インターンシップをつうじて学んだことをグループごとに発表する。とりわけ、実習をつうじて学んだ内容を可能な限り、教育の理論と結びつけ、理論と実践の往還を意識した発表を心がける。
　復　　習：参考文献一覧に示した著作を読み、理解を深める。

第８回：到達度評価と解説（論述テスト形式でまとめを行う。）
　到達度評価課題：学習内容の定着度を確認する。
　解説：学習内容の総括のポイントを理解する。

　Preparatory study: Summarize one's own thoughts on the significance of school internship and motivation for participation in this class.
　Class content: To understand the purpose, significance, and content of school internship.
　Review: Read the works listed in the bibliography to deepen understanding.　

Session 2: Precautions for internship
　Preparatory study: Research on internship precautions in the literature and on the Internet.
　Class content: Deepen understanding of behavior at internship sites based on examples of internship problems, and discuss among participants.
　Review: Read and deepen understanding of the works listed in the bibliography.

Session 3: Perspectives and attitudes necessary for practice
　Preparatory study: Research the daily work of teachers through literature and the Internet.
　Class content: Understand the daily work of teachers and refine the perspective of observation. Clarify what attitudes, knowledge, and skills are required in each situation based on specific examples.
　Review: Read and deepen understanding of the works listed in the bibliography.

Session 4: Preliminary study of internship sites
　Preparatory study: Research the internship school on the Internet.
　Class content: Students will research the educational policy and regional characteristics of the internship school, and set their own goals and issues. Then, students will determine the direction of their own practice within the educational policy of the internship site.
　Review: Read and deepen your understanding of the works listed in the bibliography.　

　◎Internship: Practical training once a week for 5 consecutive weeks (8 hours x 5 days = 40 hours)

Session 5: Reflection on Internship (1) - Sharing Internship Report
　Preparatory study: Students summarize the content of their practical training in an internship report.
　Class content: Students share their experiences based on the internship report. Students will organize their reflections on the internship in preparation for the 6th class.
　Review: Read and deepen understanding of the works listed in the bibliography.

Session 6: Reflection on Internship (2) - Group Discussion
　Preparatory study: Gather information on the qualities and skills required of school teachers through the Internet and literature.
　Class content: Based on the content of the 5th session, each group will summarize the qualities and skills required of school teachers in the future. In addition, students will deepen their own views on education by linking the knowledge gained from the internship to the trends in contemporary educational reform.
　Review: Read the works listed in the bibliography to deepen your understanding.

Session 7: Summary of internship and presentation of internship experience
　Preparatory study: Each group will summarize their presentations in preparation for the experience presentation.
　Class content: Each group will present what they have learned through the internship. In particular, the students will link what they have learned through the internship to educational theory as much as possible, and be conscious of the interaction between theory and practice in their presentations.
　Review: Read the works listed in the bibliography to deepen your understanding.

Session 8: Assessment of achievement and commentary (summary in the form of an essay test)
　Assessment of achievement: To check the level of retention of the study contents.
　Explanation: To understand the key points of the summary of the study contents.
