本科目設置の狙い及び専攻の目的との連関性を踏まえ、起業とイノベーションを成功に導く、考え方、知識、マインドセットを学ぶ。
先行き不透明な時代、変革が要求され続ける現代社会に於いて、スタートアップに係るイノベーション、アントレプレナーシップ及びファイナンスの知識は、変化を乗り越え、新しい時代を創出していくための必要な考え方、マインド及び知識といえる。本講座における、イノベーションとは、新たな価値を作り出すことに加えて、既存のものを結合させることによって新たな価値を創出する新結合をも包含することを意味する。また、アントレプレナーシップとは、失敗を恐れることなく、潜在的な価値を探索・発見し、それらを顕在化させ社会に実装・還元する、挑戦者としてのマインドを意図している。本講座における学びを通じて、起業を志す人材のみならず、経営者、企業で働く方々等のあらゆる人材が、スタートアップに係るイノベーション、アントレプレナーシップ及びファイナンスを理解し必要なものとして捉えることができるものと考える。　
本講座は、本学と協働して起業家支援、スタートアップ投資を推進する東京理科大学インベストメント・マネジメント株式会社及び東京理科大学イノベーション・キャピタル株式会社の実務家が参加し、履修者にイノベーション、アントレプレナー、企業経営者の実態を知ってもらい、身近に感じてもらう内容を企図している。

Based on the purpose of this course and its relationship with the purpose of the major, students will learn the way of thinking, knowledge, and mindset that will lead to success in entrepreneurship and innovation.
In today's society, where the future is uncertain and where change continues to be demanded, knowledge of innovation, entrepreneurship, and finance related to startups provides the necessary mindset, mind, and knowledge to overcome change and create a new era. I can say that. In this course, innovation means not only creating new value, but also encompassing new combinations that create new value by combining existing things. Entrepreneurship also refers to the mindset of a challenger, without fear of failure, exploring and discovering latent values, manifesting them, and implementing and giving back to society. Through the learning in this course, we believe that not only people who aspire to start a business, but also managers, people working in companies, and all other people will be able to understand and view innovation, entrepreneurship, and finance related to startups as necessary. . 　
This course will be attended by practitioners from Tokyo University of Science Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Tokyo University of Science Innovation Capital Co., Ltd., which collaborate with our university to support entrepreneurs and promote startup investment. The content is designed to help people learn about the reality of corporate management and make them feel closer to the company.

• 以下の内容の最新研究、具体的なケース等について、国内外の専門家から学習し、受講者の新規事業創出、企業家精神の醸成、企業価値向上に資する経営・ファイナンスに係る知見の獲得等に寄与することを目的とする。

This subject is a specialized subject and will develop skills in Diploma Policy 1, 6, and 7.
Acquire knowledge from CEOs/COOs, entrepreneurs, and other CXOs/stakeholders in the education field.
Learn from domestic and international experts about the latest research and specific cases, etc. below, and acquire knowledge related to management and finance that will help participants create new businesses, foster entrepreneurship, and improve corporate value.

教育領域におけるCEO／COO、CHRO、起業家、その他CXO／ステークフォルダー的知見が身についているのに加え、以下の力を養うことを到達目標とする。

• スタートアップ成功の要因を、自社及び自分の文脈に照らして明白に記述、論述することが出来る。
• 起業家らとのディスカッションを通じて得られた体感に基づきながら、自ら魅力的な起業アイディアを発案し、説得力を持ってプレゼンすることができる
• 起業アイディアや起業家を目利きする判断力を持つ。
• 起業、会社経営における成功の要因を、イノベーション、アントレプレナーシップ及びファイナンスの観点から明白に理解し、記述することが出来る。
• 最新研究、具体的なケース等について、国内外の専門家から学習し、自らの起業アイディア、新規事業について発案することができる。
• 起業、会社経営について経済的・非経済的に成功する為の手法を考え、判断する能力を持つ。

The goal is to develop the following skills.
Be able to clearly describe and discuss the factors behind startup success in light of your company and your own context.
Based on the experience gained through discussions with entrepreneurs, students are able to come up with attractive entrepreneurial ideas on their own and present them convincingly.
Have the ability to judge business ideas and entrepreneurs.
Be able to clearly understand and describe the factors for success in starting a business and managing a company from the perspectives of innovation, entrepreneurship, and finance.
You can learn about the latest research and specific cases from experts in Japan and abroad, and come up with your own entrepreneurial ideas and new businesses.
Have the ability to consider and make judgments about methods for achieving economic and non-economic success in starting a business and managing a company.

Performance evaluation is mainly done by the main person in charge (relative evaluation).

青木英彦：2020年8月まで、のべ31年間にわたり小売業界担当の証券アナリスト業務に従事。小売、食品、消費財、IT、物流業界など産業界に幅広い人的ネットワークを持ち、現場・現実とセオリーを合体させた講義を心掛けている。

片寄裕市：

東京理科大学大学院経営学研究科修士課程修了後、第一生命保険相互会社（現第一生命保険株式会社）に入社。資産運用部門にてオルタナティブ投資およびストラクチャード・ファイナンス関連の投資業務に携わる。米国現地法人および海外資産運用会社への出向等を経て、ゴールドマン・サックス・アセット・マネジメント株式会社に入社。学校法人東京理科大学のインキュベーション事業を担う東京理科大学インベストメント・マネジメント株式会社の設立に参画、代表取締役に就任。学校法人東京理科大学理事長特命補佐、東京理科大学研究推進機構総合研究院技術経営・金融工学社会実装研究部門客員教授、東京理科大学大学院経営学研究科客員教授を歴任。東京理科大学イノベーション・キャピタル株式会社の設立に伴い、代表取締役マネージング・パートナーに就任。一般社団法人日本ベンチャーキャピタル協会オープンイノベーション委員会産学連携部会メンバー。スタートアップの創業支援、企業価値向上、投資に係る豊富な経験を有する。これらの経験をもとに、実務に即した講義を行う。

高田久徳：

大学卒業後、第一生命保険相互会社(現第一生命保険株式会社)、Mountain Capital Advisors（現The Carlyle Group）及び農林中央金庫に勤務し、米国ニューヨーク及び東京に於いてM&Aファイナンス、プライベート・エクイティ投資及びベンチャー投資業務等に従事。2015年に東京理科大学インベストメント・マネジメント株式会社に参画し、取締役に就任。2016年より学校法人東京理科大学の基金運用におけるシニア・ポートフォリオ・マネジャー及び財務担当理事補佐を務め、2018年に東京理科大学イノベーション・キャピタル株式会社を設立し、代表取締役マネージング・パートナーに就任。慶應義塾大学経済学部卒、東京理科大学大学院経営学研究科技術経営修士課程修了（優秀学生賞）、オックスフォード大学サイード・ビジネス・スクールExecutive Leadership Program 修了。内閣府SDGs産学官民事業創生・地方創生・教育創生連携ネットワーク分科会会長。スタートアップの創業支援、企業価値向上、投資に係る豊富な経験を有する。これらの経験をもとに、実務に即した講義を行う。

Hidehiko Aoki: Until August 2020, worked as a securities analyst in charge of the retail industry for a total of 31 years. He has a wide network of contacts in industries such as retail, food, consumer goods, IT, and logistics, and strives to deliver lectures that combine theory with reality.

Yuichi Katayori: After completing the master's program at the Graduate School of Business Administration, Tokyo University of Science, joined Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company (currently Dai-ichi Life Insurance Co., Ltd.). He is involved in investment operations related to alternative investments and structured finance in the asset management department. He joined Goldman Sachs Asset Management Co., Ltd. after being seconded to a U.S. subsidiary and an overseas asset management company. He participated in the establishment of Tokyo University of Science Investment Management Co., Ltd., which handles the incubation business of Tokyo University of Science Educational Corporation, and became its representative director. He has served as a special assistant to the president of the Tokyo University of Science, a visiting professor in the Technology Management and Financial Engineering Social Implementation Research Department of the Institute for Research Promotion, Tokyo University of Science, and a visiting professor at the Graduate School of Business Administration, Tokyo University of Science. With the establishment of Tokyo University of Science Innovation Capital Co., Ltd., he became the representative director and managing partner. He is a member of the Industry-Academia Collaboration Committee of the Japan Venture Capital Association Open Innovation Committee. He has extensive experience in supporting startups, increasing corporate value, and investing.  Lectures will be based upon experiences above.

Hisanori Takada: After graduating from university, he worked at Dai-ichi Mutual Life Insurance Company (currently Dai-ichi Life Insurance Co., Ltd.), Mountain Capital Advisors (currently The Carlyle Group), and The Norinchukin Bank, and worked in M&A finance and private equity in New York and Tokyo, USA. Engaged in investment and venture investment business. In 2015 he joined Tokyo University of Science Investment Management Co., Ltd. and became a director. Since 2016, he has served as a senior portfolio manager and assistant director in charge of finance at the Tokyo University of Science Educational Corporation, and in 2018 he established Tokyo University of Science Innovation Capital Co., Ltd. and became the representative director and managing partner. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Keio University, completed the master's program in technology management at the Graduate School of Business Administration at Tokyo University of Science (Outstanding Student Award), and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Oxford University's Saïd Business School. He is the Chairman of the Cabinet Office SDGs Industry-Academia-Public-Private Business Creation, Regional Revitalization, and Educational Creation Collaboration Network Subcommittee. He has extensive experience in supporting startups, increasing corporate value, and investing. Lectures will be based upon experiences above.
