概要　Description
本科目設置の狙い及び専攻の目的との連関性を踏まえ、技術経営を行う上で不可欠な基礎的なマクロ経済学及びミクロ経済学の概念、例えば、「GDPの寄与度分析」「合成の誤謬」「国際収支分析・為替相場」「イノベーションの置き換え効果・埋没費用」「情報の非対称性」などについて学ぶ。また、グループ討論などを通じて、課題解決に向けたCXOを目指す学生にとって最低限必要な実践力を身に付ける。

Based on the aim of establishing this course and its linkage with the objectives of the major, students will learn basic macroeconomic and microeconomic concepts essential for technology management, such as "GDP contribution analysis," "synthetic fallacy," "balance of payments analysis and exchange rates," "replacement effect and embedded cost of innovation," "information asymmetry," etc., and through group discussions will acquire practical skills at least necessary for students who aim to become CXOs in order to solve problems.

  • 経済学の基礎及びイノベーションの視点からの最適なアプローチを選び、グループ討論などを通じて、自社(全社と自部門)、取引先や競合他社等を取り巻く経済状況などにつき分析する基本的な力を身に付ける。

Objective
This course is a foundation course and will develop knowledge of Diploma Policy 1-3.
- To acquire knowledge of CEO/COO, CFO, CMO, Entrepreneur, and other CXO/stakeholder in the education area.
- Analyze the economic situation of the company (company-wide and within the company), its clients, competitors, etc., choosing the most appropriate approach from an economics and innovation point of view, through group discussion, etc.

Outcomes
- As a leader, be able to make practical use of knowledge of economics for innovation in business.
- To be able to understand the differences of opinion among various economists and to be able to discuss with opinions about the future of the economic environment surrounding one's own company.
- At a minimum, acquire enough knowledge and theories to understand what is being discussed in economic newspapers and magazines.
- To be able to evaluate relevant previous research in a research paper and acquire knowledge useful for hypothesis testing, and to be able to make concrete and practical proposals in business planning proposals.

  • 各週回に資料がある場合は、1週間程度前に配信する。配信資料を手掛かりにデータ分析や授業での議論のための準備を行うこと
  • なお、ゲストスピーカーの資料は事前にアップすることができない場合がある。その際は、その方の経歴・実績などを予習の上、授業に臨むこと。
  • 毎週回では必要に応じて、授業で行った練習問題、演習に関する復習を行う。またレポートを課し、授業復習に代わる学習と位置づける場合もある。

If materials are available for each weekly session, they will be distributed approximately one week in advance. Prepare for data analysis 　and class discussions using the distributed materials as clues.
    Please note that it may not be possible to upload materials for guest speakers in advance. In such cases, please study the background and achievements of the guest speaker before coming to class.
    Preparatory study: Preparation and review for the next class based on the materials distributed in advance (about 7 hours each week).
    Review of exercises and exercises done in class will be given in the weekly class sessions as necessary. In some cases, a report will be assigned as an alternative to the class review.

準備学習・復習　Preparation and review
  •   各週回の 1 週間程度前に配信する教材をもとに 、各回の授業前に資料の確認等予習をしてくること。
  •   授業において理解ができなかった部分は授業動画を視聴して復習すること。
  •   授業の各回の後で簡単な課題（授業に対する感想・意見・質問等をA41枚で提出等）を課す。
  • 　準備学習：事前配布資料等に基づく次回授業参加の準備、復習（毎週7時間程度）。

  •   Students are expected to prepare for each class by reviewing the materials that will be distributed about one week prior to each class.
  •   Students are expected to review the material they did not understand in class by watching the video clips.
  •   After each class, students will be required to submit a brief assignment (e.g., an A41 sheet of your thoughts, opinions, questions, etc. about the class).
成績評価方法　Performance grading policy
・　授業への貢献度（授業の概要、目的を踏まえ、また、これまでの講義の内容や自らが提出したレポートなどの内容を踏まえて、議論を発展させる質の良い発言や演習での取り組み姿勢等）３０％、レポート（全体で3回程度）４５％、最終個人発表　２５％の割合で評価を行う。
・　成績評価は絶対評価とする。また、主担当教員が成績評価を行う。

経済学の基礎的知見を持っていない学生は、「アメリカの高校生が学んでいる経済の教室」D.A. メイヤー著　SBクリエイティブ (2022/2/2)をざっと目を通しておくこと（所要1〜２週間程度）。

　また、講義を通じて、理解できなかったことなどを確認するためには、「クルーグマン ミクロ経済学(第2版) 」東洋経済新報社や、「ブランシャール マクロ経済学 上 (第2版): 基礎編」 2020/4/3（東洋経済新報社）をお薦めする。

Students who do not have a basic knowledge of economics should skim through "The Economics Classroom of American High School Students" by D.A. Mayer, SB Creative (2022/2/2) (takes about 1 to 2 weeks).

　In addition, to confirm what you did not understand through the lectures, we recommend "Krugman Microeconomics (2nd Edition)" by Toyo Keizai Shinposha or "Blanchard Macroeconomics Upper (2nd Edition): The Basics" by Blanchard, 2020/4/3 (Toyo Keizai Shinposha).

諏訪園貞明

　国家公務員などとして中央省庁・政府関係機関で、景気・国際収支予測、独占禁止法や特定商取引法の改正に必要な経済分析等に当たった実績を生かし、実務に即した経済分析等に関する授業、指導を行う。


田村浩道

これまで金融機関などでクオンツ分析、AI解析を行った実績を生かし、実務に役立つ定量分析に関する授業、指導を行う。


Sadaaki SUWAZONO:
・Engaged in activities related to forecasts of business climates and balance of payments and cooperation with international organizations at the Bank of Japan's Research and Statistics Department, the International Department, the Currency Issue Department, etc.
・Subsequently, in addition to implementing the laws and regulations under his jurisdictions, he was engaged in planning and drafting amendment bills and proposing related budget drafts at the Fair Trade Commission, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and the Cabinet Office and Cabinet Secretariat. He was also involved in the text negotiations of bilateral and multilateral economic partnership agreements such as the Japan-EU Economic Partnership Agreement, TPP, and RCEP.


Hiromichi Tamura

Lectures and provides guidance on quantitative analysis for practical use, utilizing his experience in quantitative analysis and AI analysis at Nomura Securities and FTSE Russell.
