概要 Description
Starting with the basics of the factory overview, students will learn about production technology, production lines, production management, and factory management, taking into account industry and company size differences, and engage in discussions about productivity. In addition to hardware, discussions on software productivity and labor productivity are also wanted. Case studies and discussions on foundries, OSAT, EMS, and other topics developed specifically for manufacturing will also be covered. The course will include a Virtual factory visit and instructions on how to conduct a factory tour. 目的 Objectives
This course is a specialized subject that aims to develop the Diplomacy Policy Skills 1-4 and 6. Through the practical integration of "science and technology" and "management," which combine science and engineering, students will acquire CEO/COO and CTO-level knowledge in the field of education. By focusing on the foundation of manufacturing, which is the factory, students will learn concrete management skills in the manufacturing site, and be able to respond quickly and innovatively to the rapid changes in society as highly specialized professionals. In addition to learning about manufacturing, students will also be prompted to think about "Koto" creation. 到達目標 Outcomes

準備学習・復習 Preparation and review
準備学習:事前配布資料等に基づく次回授業参加の準備、復習(毎週7時間程度)。なお、毎週回で終了前後に提示される課題の提出を適宜課すことで、授業の予習・復習に代わる学習と位置づける。 Deliver the materials to students in time for them to secure time for preview. Use the distribution materials that are uploaded approximately one week before as a guide to prepare for a wide-ranging discussion. For guest speakers, research basic information based on public information, etc. Preparatory learning: Prepare for and review next session's participation based on materials distributed in advance (approximately 7 hours per week). Additionally, submitting assignments presented before or after each weekly session as appropriate will be considered as part of the learning process, replacing the need for pre-session and post-session review. 成績評価方法 Performance grading policy
The evaluation is conducted on a relative basis. Class participation (high-quality comments and discussions that reflect the overview and objectives of the class, overall contribution, and questions) will account for 50% of the grade, and the individual final report will account for the remaining 50%. Evaluation will be done by consensus among instructors or by averaging grades. Report evaluation will follow the GP model and place emphasis on originality, logic, impact, and reality. Reports are due approximately one week after the deadline. The evaluation is conducted on a relative basis. 学修成果の評価 Evaluation of academic achievement
