• イノベーションを起こす CXO や起業家を目指す学生が、イノベーションを起こしてきた経営者や起業家などのケーススタディに触れ、これまで学んできた技術経営に関する形式知中心とした 知見を、5W1H の視点で、特別解として、総合的に組立て、実践知とし、それぞれのケースや経営者のリーダーシップも含め、業績から評価し、また、更なる改善や自社への知見として自分事として、導入できることなどを提案する。
• なお、アドバンストリーダーシップとの違いは、これは演習科目であり、企業経営のケーススタディであり、全教員が参加する。アドバンストリーダーシップはゲストスピーカーからリーダーシップを中心に学ぶ座学であり、企業経営だけでなく、多様なリーダーシップが学べ、教員は主と副のみである。
• ゲストスピーカーはプレゼン、質疑のあと、複数の教員を交え、討論、また、グループワーク成果を発表する。必修ではないが、ディスカッション、グループワークや発表会、更にはレポート作成などの機会を通じ、全科目を履修、グラデュエーションペーパーを完成する上で、必要かつ共通の知見を体得する。

田村浩道：

過去30年間にわたって株式を中心としたリスクアセットのリサーチ業務に従事。幅広い実務経験をベースとして実践的な知識習得を目指した授業を行う。野村證券ではマネージングディレクターとして、クオンツリサーチ部長、チーフストラテジスト、マーケットデータサイエンティストなどを歴任。1999年から2000年までUCLAアンダーソンスクールにて客員研究員。2018年より2022年まで、インデックスベンダーであるFTSE Russellにおいて、アジア・パシフィックのインベストメントリサーチヘッドを務めた。また、2020年より証券アナリストジャーナルの編集委員に就任。

生越由美：

特許庁審査官・審判官などにおける勤務経験と中央省庁及び政府関係機関における審議会等の委員経験を活かし、知的財産や研究開発に関する講義を行う。
