• イノベーションを起こすべく奮闘している、ＭＯＴのOBから、そのケースに触れ、これまで学んできた技術経営に関する形式知中心とした知見を、5W1Hの視点で、特別解として、総合的に組立て、実践知とし、リーダーシップも含め、評価し、また更なる改善や自社への知見として自分事として、導入できることなどを提案する。
• 併せて、ＭＯＴでの学びを修了後どのように生かしているか、入学前と後でどう変わったか、GPの活用、後輩への注意事項にも触れる。OBも自身のケースを振りかえり、学生と議論することで、新たな学びになる。
• ゲストスピーカーはプレゼン、質疑のあと、複数の教員を交え、討論、また、グループワーク成果を発表する。

• We will discuss the case of an MOT alumnus who is struggling to innovate, and propose that the formal knowledge of technology management that he has learned so far, from the perspective of 5W1H, can be synthesized as a special solution, made into practical knowledge, evaluated, including leadership, and further improved and introduced as knowledge to his own company. The proposal is that the knowledge can be introduced as a personal matter for further improvement and knowledge for your own company.
• In addition, we will also touch on how they are making the most of their MOT studies after graduation, how they have changed since before they entered the program, the use of GPs, and notes for younger students.
• Guest speakers will present, followed by Q&A, discussion with several faculty members, and group work results.

• 各週回に資料がある場合は、1週間程度前に配信する。配信資料を手掛かりに広く議論できる準備を行うこと
• なお、ゲストスピーカーの資料は事前にアップすることができない場合がある。その際は、その方の経歴・実績や過去の論文、本などを予習の上、授業に臨むこと。
• 準備学習：事前配布資料等に基づく次回授業参加の準備、復習（毎週7時間程度）。なお、毎週回で終了前後に提示される課題の提出を適宜課すことで、授業の予習・復習に代わる学習と位置づける。

• If there are materials for each weekly session, they will be distributed approximately one week in advance. Prepare for wide-ranging discussions based on the distributed materials. 
• There may be cases where materials from guest speakers cannot be uploaded in advance. In such instances, prepare for the session by studying the speaker's background, achievements, past papers, or books.
• Preparatory learning: Prepare for and review next session's participation based on materials distributed in advance (approximately 7 hours per week). Additionally, submitting assignments presented before or after each weekly session as appropriate will be considered as part of the learning process, replacing the need for pre-session and post-session review.

• 配点バランスは、授業貢献(60%)、レポート(40%)。
• グループ発表は、各回から選んでもいいし、比較して総括してもいいが、各回のゲストのプレゼンや質疑の内容を含んでいること。
• 最終の個人レポートは、グループ発表を参考にして提出する。

若林　秀樹： 

イノベーションに関し、内からと外からの両面での経験。内からは、自らの起業や新規事業立ち上げ経験、外から、シンクタンクのリサーチャ、アナリスト、コンサルタント、投資家として評価分析の経験を生かしたい。また、工場見学や研究所見学では1000件以上、経営者とは１万を超える面談から、トップとの深く、かつ若い頃からの長い付き合いや人脈を生かしたゲストスピーカー招聘や、そのリーダーシップや人物論でも貢献できるだろう。

井上　悟志：

国家公務員として中央省庁及び政府関係機関における勤務経験を活かし、政策の企画・立案 ・実行等に関する講義を行う。

中山　裕香子：

研究員、コンサルタント（情報通信系、流通サービス系）としての勤務経験を活かし、デジタル化がもたらす新しい価値やビジネスモデル、デジタル化戦略に関する講義を行う。

Hideki Wakabayashi

Hideki Wakabayashi has an experience in innovation from both inside and outside. From the inside, I would like to utilize my own experience of starting up a business or new business, and from the outside, I would like to utilize my experience of evaluation and analysis as a researcher, analyst, consultant, and investor at a think tank. He will also be able to contribute in inviting guest speakers and their leadership and character theory by utilizing his deep and long relationship and network with top management since he was young, based on more than 1,000 factory and laboratory tours and more than 10,000 interviews with executives.

Lectures on policy planning and implementation based on his work experience as a national public servant at central ministries and government-related organizations.

Yukako Nakayama

She lectures on new values, business models, and digitalization strategies brought about by digitalization, drawing on her experience working as a researcher and consultant (in the information and telecommunications and distribution services fields).
