• 本科目設置の狙い及び専攻の目的との連関性を踏まえ、組織のトップに必要なリーダーシップに関する専門的知識・実務等について学ぶとともに課題解決に向けた実践力を身につける。

• イノベーションを起こすCXOや起業家を目指す学生が、技術系の経営者のリーダーシップの概論や、その分類や再定義について概要を学ぶ、その後、経営者だけでなく、政治家、官僚、科学者、等々のゲストスピーカーから、様々なリーダーシップに触れ、その知見を自分事として、体得する。

• なお、実践CXO・起業家ケーススタディ等との違いは、前者は演習科目、企業経営のケーススタディであるのに対し、後者は多様なリーダーシップを学ぶ選択科目である。

• ゲストスピーカーはプレゼン、質疑のあと、複数の教員を交え討論する。

• The difference between this program and 'Practical CXO and Entrepreneur case study' is that the former is one of Practical Courses, a case study of corporate management, with the participation of all faculty members, while the latter is one of Specialized Courses, a classroom study of various leadership styles, with only the primary and secondary faculty members participating.

• Guest speakers give a presentation, followed by Q&A, discussion with several faculty members.

• 本科目はゲストスピーカーが多いこと等から対面授業としているが、各回で体調等の理由から遠隔（Zoom）での受講を専攻の定める範囲で希望する場合は個別に担当教員に申し出ることとする。

• In sessions that invite guest speakers, the first and second hours will be devoted to the guest speaker's presentation and Q&A, with the last 30 minutes for summary and discussion with the faculty member in charge.

• The class will be held every other week with the "Value Creation" class, but note the schedule as there may be slight changes. (See LETUS)

• This course will be held as an on-site class due to a large number of guest speakers, etc. However, suppose students wish to take the course remotely (by Zoom) for physical or other reasons at each session within the scope specified by the department. In that case, they should apply individually to the instructor in charge.

• The contents of the syllabus may be changed in some cases, which will be explained in class in advance.

The results of the analysis through the whole class and the future leadership will be presented and discussed in the group discussion.

The program is designed to deepen students' understanding of leadership through presentations, questions, and class and group discussions. The guest speakers for each session have not yet been determined at this time, and will be posted on LETUS and other media as soon as they are determined. As in the past, guest speakers this year will be leaders and experts in various fields who have ideas and experience in leading diverse organizations, and through their lectures, Q&A sessions, and class and group discussions, we expect to deepen our understanding of leadership.

The number of guest speakers may be changed or not invited.

In order to organize and deepen our understanding of leadership, we will refer to the theories and frameworks on leadership that we will master, including other classes, and use the summaries and introductions after each guest speaker's presentation, the mid-term discussion and outline, and the final summary and discussion to promote discussion.

He will guide discussions surrounding leadership based on his experience as a consultant for the past 35 years, where he worked with companies and various organizations on projects including vision, mid-term management plan development, organizational revitalization, and implementation support.

Hiromichi Tamura

Lectures and provides guidance on quantitative analysis for practical use, utilizing his experience in quantitative analysis and AI analysis at Nomura Securities and FTSE Russell.
