本科目設置の狙い及び専攻の目的との連関性を踏まえ、技術経営を行う上で海外展開の基礎理論を学ぶ。

Based on the aim of opening this course and its linkage with the objectives of the major, students will learn the basic theory of overseas expansion in MOT.

• 本科目は、専門科目であり、ディプロマ・ポリシーの1〜3の⼒をつける。

• 教育領域におけるCEO／COO、CTO、起業家、その他CXO／ステークフォルダー的知見を身につける。

• 具体的には、授業で紹介した基礎理論を理解し、それを海外展開や国際経営に関連する課題の把握や分析に、さらにいえば、海外展開とは直接関係のない業務に対しても、応用できるようになることを目指し、それらに必要な能力や知見を養う。
  • 各回の授業では、毎回必ず何らかの【ケーススタディー】あるいは【当てはめ分析】（＝その回に紹介する【理論】を自社や自らの【実務】等に当てはめる形で行う分析）を行ってもらう。
  • そのケーススタディーや当てはめ分析を活用した議論の中で、アカデミックな教員（岸本）と実務経験を持つ教員（生越）が、各回の議論において、理論と実務の橋渡しをサポートする活動を、両専門の立場から行う。

• 上記した能力や知見を養成する中で、長い時間軸で経営を考える能力、グローバルな視点、異文化コミュニケーションに関する知見についても、併せて養っていく。

• This course is a specialized course and will develop 1-3 of the Diploma Policy.

• Acquire CEO/COO, CTO, Entrepreneur, and other CXO/stakeholder-like knowledge in the education domain.

• Specifically, students will understand the basic theories introduced in class and be able to apply them to understanding and analyzing issues related to overseas expansion and international management, and more specifically, to operations not directly related to overseas expansion, and will develop the abilities and knowledge necessary to do so.
  • In each class, students will be required to conduct some kind of "case study" or "application analysis" (i.e., an analysis in which the "theory" introduced in that session is applied to their own company or their own "practice").
  • In the discussions using the case studies and the application analysis, the academic faculty member (Kishimoto) and the faculty member with practical experience (Ogose) will support the bridge between theory and practice in each discussion from the standpoint of their respective specialties.

• While cultivating the above abilities and knowledge, we will also cultivate the ability to think about management from a long time perspective, a global perspective, and knowledge of cross-cultural communication.

• Some of the content may be changed.

• The format of the class, the preparatory study, and the relationship between the two may differ somewhat from that of a typical class. Therefore, to get an idea of what to expect, it may be helpful to watch a video of a class conducted in a similar format.

• 全て回において何らかの事前課題を課す。それらの事前課題を行い、見直すことを、授業の準備学習および復習とする（毎週7時間程度）。

• 各回の事前課題の内容や提出方法、提出時期、フィードバックの方法については、第1回の授業までに課題の詳細を記載したプリントを、別途LETUSにおいて配布する形で告知する。

• 第1回にも、簡単な事前課題がある。この点については、LETUSにおいてプリントをアップするので、上記のプリントと共に事前に目を通し、事前課題を行い、第1回の授業に臨んでもらうことを求める。

• 事前に読んでおく資料等がある場合は、それらの資料を少なくとも該当回を開講する2週間前までに配信する。（資料には、作成したオリジナルの教材も含まれる。）

• Some sort of pre-assignment will be assigned for all sessions. Doing and reviewing those pre-assignments will be considered as preparatory learning and review for the class (about 7 hours each week).
• The content of each pre-assignment, how and when it will be submitted, and how feedback will be provided will be announced separately in LETUS, with a printout detailing the assignment distributed prior to the first class.
• There will be a brief pre-assignment in the first session as well. The printout will be uploaded on LETUS, and students are requested to read through it along with the above printout, do the pre-assignment, and come to the first class.
• If there are materials, etc., to be read in advance, these materials will be distributed at least two weeks prior to the start of the relevant session. (Materials will also include original teaching materials that you have created.)

生越由美：

特許審査官、審判官、法律改正担当などの行政官、弁理士としての実務経験、総務省、経済産業省、農林水産省、内閣府、科学技術振興機構、東京都、埼玉県、横浜市の各種の審議会、審査会等の委員としての企業支援の経験を活かし、知財戦略、技術戦略、事業戦略を踏まえて授業を行う。

Yumi Ogose:　Drawing on her practical experience as a patent examiner, trial examiner, administrative officer in charge of law revision, and patent attorney, as well as her experience in supporting companies as a member of various councils and examination panels of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Cabinet Office, JST, and Tokyo, Saitama Prefecture, Yokohama City, she will teach the IP strategy, technology strategy, business strategy She will teach classes incorporating intellectual property strategy, technology strategy, and business strategy.
