組織の中には、必ずリーダーが生まれる。それは、企業だけではなく、大学の研究室のような組織においても、変わらない。それゆえに、リーダーシップには誰しもが、意識しているかどうかは別として、日常的に触れている。
その一方で、リーダーシップを、改めて座学で学んだ経験を持つ人は、実はそれほど多くはない。あまりにも日常的であるせいか、体験学習（＝やりながら学ぶこと）一本槍になる傾向が見られる点もまた、リーダーシップというテーマの特徴である。
座学は、体験学習では得られない学びを提供し、体験学習を補完する。座学では、具体的には、「（１）他者の経験をケーススタディする機会」と「（２）経験を体系的に整理する理論を学ぶ機会」の提供が可能となる。
本講義は、実務家出身の教員（日戸）と学者出身の教員（岸本）が、共同で担当する講義である。前者は、リーダーシップに関連する事例や経験を豊富に持つ一方で、後者は、経営学の理論的知識を豊富に保有している。本講義では、それらを活かす形で、上記の（１）と（２）を提供することにより、リーダーシップを理論と実践の両面から学ぶ。

There is always a leader in the organization not only in the company but also in the organization like the laboratory of the university. Therefore, whether they are conscious or not of leadership, they are touched on a daily basis.
On the other hand, there are actually not many people who have studied leadership in the course of study. Because it is too routine, the point where the tendency to become one spear of ex-experience learning (= learning while doing) is seen is also a feature of the theme of leadership.
The study provides learning that cannot be obtained by ex-experience learning and complements ex-experience learning. Specifically, the study provides "(1): an opportunity to case study the experiences of others" and "(2): an opportunity to learn theories that systematically organize experiences."
This lecture is jointly conducted by faculty members from practitioners (Nitto) and a faculty member from scholar (Kishimoto). The former has a wealth of leadership-related cases and experience, while the latter possesses a wealth of theoretical knowledge of business administration. In this lecture, (1) and (2) above are provided in a way that makes use of them. In this way, students learn leadership in both theory and practice.

本講義では、概要の欄で記載した（１）と（２）の提供を通じて、リーダーシップに関連する基礎的な理論と実務に根ざした知識の提供を試みる。そして、それらの知識や理論を、実践で応用するための機会を提供し、そのための素養を養う。　

In these lectures, we will try to provide knowledge rooted in basic theories and practical practices related to leadership through the provided (1) and (2) described in the outline column. It provides opportunities for practical application of these knowledge and theories, and cultivates the basic skills.

下記の３点を到達目標とする
ⅰ）講義で紹介した、実務におけるリーダーシップの実態や課題、要諦を理解すること
ⅱ）講義で紹介した、リーダーシップに関連する理論を理解すること
ⅲ）講義で得た知識や理論を実践で応用するための、基礎的な素養を身につけること


The following three goals are achieved.
i.) To understand the actual situation, issues, and key points of leadership in practical work introduced in the lectures.
ii.) To understand the leadership-related theories introduced in the lectures.
iii.) To acquire basic skills for practical application of the knowledge and theories gained in the lectures.

講義の内容上、事前課題や事後レポート、グループディスカッション等を、少なからず課す予定である。履修を検討する場合は、その点を考慮し、検討をすること。
本講義では、講義の運営上、全ての回に主担当の教員を置く。各回の主担当教員は、以下の通りである。

第5日目・第6日目・第7日目・第8日目（第9回〜第15回）：　日戸

In the content of the lectures, we plan to impose in no small part on pre-assignments, post-reports, group discussions, etc.
In these lectures, the main faculty member will be in charge at all times in the management of the lectures. The main faculty members of each class are as follows.

第1日目・第2日目・第3日目・第4日目（第1回〜第8回）
準備学習は、課さない予定である。代わりに復習に時間を割いて頂きたい。復習としては、授業で作成したノートを読み返し、理解を深める作業が有効だろう。加えて、レポートの作成も大きな復習の機会となる。レポートでは、講義で取り扱った内容を活用した分析を行うからである。

第5日目・第6日目・第7日目（第9回〜第14回）
事前に配布するケース教材を読み、ケース課題について各自考えてくること。

第８日目（第15回）
これまでの講義に基づき、受講生が自分の理想とするリーダーを選び、パワーポイントを作成し、授業で発表する。

Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day4 (1st to 8th)
Preparatory learning will not be imposed. I'd like you to take the time to review it instead. As a review, it may be effective to read back the notes you made in class and deepen your understanding. In addition, the creation of reports is also a great review opportunity. In the report, the analysis is carried out using the contents handled in the lecture.

Day 5, Day 6, Day 7 (9th-14th)
Read the case materials to be distributed in advance and think about each case assignment.

Day 8 (15th)
Based on previous lectures, each student chooses his/her ideal leader, make a presentation material, and present it in class.

各回に下記の割合で、点数を配分する。
（A） 第1日目・第2日目・第3日目・第4日（第1回〜第８回）：5０％
（B） 第5日目・第6日目・第7日目（第9回〜第14回）：３０％
（C） 第8日目（第15回）：２０％

（A）〜（C）それぞれにおける成績評価の方法は、下記となる。

The points are distributed at the following percentages at each time.

- In addition to learning about the management issues facing the retail industry and case studies of CEO who has worked to solve them, group discussions will be held on leadership for change.

-Based on previous lectures, each student will choose the ideal leader, make a presentation material, and present it. Submit it as a final report.

日戸浩之：　野村総合研究所（NRI）でコンサルタントとして活動した実績を生かし、企業のマーケティング等の実務に即した講義、指導を行う。

Hiroyuki Nitto: The lecturer will give lectures and provide guidance regarding business practices such as corporate marketing, by using experiences he gained as a consultant at Nomura Research Institute (NRI).
