概要　Description

卒業研究に関連した文献講読および､演習を通して理解を深める｡
Students deeply understand their graduation research activity by reading the papers and excercising relating to their research.

目的　Objectives

この科目はエレクトロニクスの基礎及び専門の知識を基盤として、高度な研究を行うために必要となる深い知識と、専門的な研究を行うための能力を身に付けることを目的とする。

This course aims to acquire deep knowledge necessary for advanced research and ability to conduct specialized research based on the basic and specialized knowledge of electronics.

到達目標　Outcomes

プレゼンテーション能力や最先端の分野に関する幅広い知識を得、最先端の分野で即戦力となる技術者・研究者になる能力を身に付ける事を目標とする。

It is possible to acquire the ability to become a technologist / researcher who is an immediate fighting strength in the cutting-edge field by acquiring presentation skills and wide knowledge about the latest frontiers of electronics.

準備学習・復習　Preparation and review

事前の準備学習として、各自の研究テーマに関連する分野の研究例を調べ、これを参考に研究計画を立て、この計画を発表できるよう準備を行うこと。また、復習として自身が発表を行った結果、他の人から指摘された問題点を改善する事。

As preparation, students survey literature related to the own research theme ,make the research plan and present it. As review, to improve the problems pointed out at the time of presentation.

前期前半
自らの修了研究に関連した文献の講読を行い、内容をまとめ、研究計画を立てる。

前期後半
試料作製や物性測定の技術に関連した書籍、文献等の調査を行い、技術を習得する。

First half of former half
After subscribing to literature related to your own research and summarizing your research survey, students make research plan.

Second half of former half
After investing books and literature related to how to prepare smaples and measure physical properties, students master those skills.
