概要 Description
分子軌道法による簡単な化学反応の理解と反応性の予測,また,科学計測における誤差の見積もりと伝播および評価法,さらに,金属有機化合物の基礎反応と材料への応用が理解できる。また,その構造に基づく特徴的な化学反応を,さらに,その機構や特徴を,理解して説明することができる。

 キャリアとの関係では,社会に出て必要な有機化学の基礎を学ぶことができる。

 本専攻のディプロマ・ポリシーに定める「各専門分野に応じた高度な専門知識」を身につけるための科目です。

Students learn to predict reactivity and understand simple chemical reactions using the molecular orbital method. Students also learn the error estimation, propagation, and evaluation methods of scientific measurements. Students gain an understanding of and therefore explain distinctive chemical reactions based on their structures and their mechanisms and characteristics.

As a career connection, students learn the basics of organic chemistry required in a professional role.

The objectives of the course are to acquire high-level expert knowledge in each specialized field within the Department of Pure and Applied Chemistry, stipulated by the diploma policy of the Department.
目的 Objectives
有機化学実験の遂行に必要な計算化学およびデータ解析の基礎を学び,化学反応の定量的な理解と科学的な統計処理ができるようになる。有機化合物の物性や化学反応の特徴を理解し,説明できるようにする。同時に,有機化学の理解を通して,論理的思考力や問題解決力を身につけられるようになる。

Learn the fundamentals of computational chemistry and data analysis necessary for the performance of organic chemistry experiments, the quantitative description of chemical reactions, and the performance of scientific statistical processing. Understand and be able to explain the physical properties of organic compounds and the characteristics of chemical reactions. At the same time, develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills by understanding organic chemistry.
到達目標 Outcomes
1 HMO法による分子軌道計算ができるようになる。
2 分子軌道に基づいて協奏反応が説明できるようになる。
3 標準分布を利用した統計処理ができるようになる。

1. Capable of conducting molecular orbital calculations using HMO.
2. Able to explain concerted reactions based on bimolecular orbitals.
3. Able to carry out statistical processing using standard distributions.

平常点(小テスト、課題提出の厳守、授業への積極的な取り組み姿勢 等)(50%)および到達度評価(50%)により評価する。
