超伝導や磁性などを中心とした固体電子物性のより専門的で高度な知識を身につけ、個々のテーマとして物性物理学（固体物理学）の分野の研究を進め、修士論文として完成させると同時に、研究室内の他の研究テーマに関しても議論に参加する。研究遂行の上では、計画性と自主性を持って行うことと他者との議論を重視する。また、研究室内の他の研究テーマに関しても議論に参加する。それらの活動などを通して、研究室全体の活性化にも寄与する。

Students acquire knowledge on highly advanced physics with specialization in condensed-matter physics. On conducting research, the importance of independency and discussions with others are emphasized. They are also encouraged to join discussions about other researches conducted in the group, and consequently to make a contribution to the activity of the whole group.

物性物理学（固体物理学）を専門として研究を遂行する十分な素養を身につけつつ、計画的かつ自主的に研究を遂行する。また、研究を通して、他者と議論すること、未知の問題に取り組むこと、研究内容を発表することなどに関する能力を高める。修士研究のまとめとして、修士論文を完成させる。

Students conduct their own research independently while acquiring sufficient knowledge with specialization in condensed-matter physics. Through the conduction of research, they are also encouraged to enhance the ability to discuss with others, tackle unknown problems and make a presentation etc.　 Students complete a thesis as the goal of the master-degree research.

超伝導や磁性などを中心とした専門的な知識や各自のテーマに関する理解を他者との議論などを通じて深め、計画的かつ自主的に研究を遂行する能力を身につけ、修士研究のまとめとして、修士論文を完成させる。

•　To acquire expertise on condensed matter physics including superconductivity and magnetism.
•　To acquire the ability to carry out the own research project with deepening the understanding of the own research project through discussions with others.
• To complete a thesis as the goal of the master-degree research.

実験については、事前に、各プロセスの内容や意味について検討し、計画的に行うこと。また、進捗状況の報告や結果の議論の際は、結果や問題点を事前にまとめた資料を必要に応じて作成することを強く奨励する。

Experiments should be executed systematically after the careful examination of the experiment plans and the comprehension of their implications.
For research briefing, students are strongly recommended to prepare handouts summarizing results and existing problems.

日頃の研究や議論等での自主性や積極性、研究室全体の活性化への寄与、研究の完成度を総合評価する。

Comprehensively evaluated by independency and proactiveness in research and discussion, and the contribution to the whole group's activity, in addition to the level of the completion in the research.
