・知財の面白さと重要性を知り、就職や社会で役立つ知的財産の活用力の習得を目指す。
・研究者、技術者及び教職者を志望する学生のための知財講座。
・理科大生が卒業後・修了後、企業・研究所等で研究開発、商品企画等に従事することを想定し、知的財産と企業経営および経済社会との関連性を把握できるよう、具体的な事例の分析または知財実務に即した演習等を通じ、知的財産の活用力を修得することを目指す。
・大学院生として、自己の研究成果としての発明を活用法を思考し、特許として成立させるための基礎的なスキルを演習を通じ、身に付ける。
・プレゼンテーションや発言など、社会で活躍するため、情報発信力を身に付ける。

・ Learn the fun and importance of intellectual property, and aim to acquire the ability to utilize intellectual property that is useful in employment and society.
・ Intellectual property courses for students who wish to become researchers, engineers, and teachers.
・ Assuming that science college students will engage in research and development, product planning, etc. at companies and research institutes after graduation and completion, concretely so that they can understand the relationship between intellectual property and corporate management and economic society. We aim to acquire the ability to utilize intellectual property through analysis of various cases or exercises in line with intellectual property practice.

・具体的な事例や知財実務に即した演習等を通じ、知的財産の活用力を自律的且つ能動的に修得することを目的とする。

・the purpose is to acquire the ability to utilize intellectual property autonomously and actively through concrete examples and exercises based on intellectual property practice.

・大学院生として、自己の研究成果としての発明を活用法を思考し、特許として成立させるための基礎的なスキルについて、演習を通じて身に付ける。
・知的財産の基本的な内容を理解し、並びに経営やビジネスへの活用方法を知る。
・課題を自ら発見し、主体的に考え、解決に取り組むための論理的・批判的思考力を習得する。

・Acquire logical and critical thinking skills to discover problems on their own, think independently, and work on solutions.
・As a graduate student, think about how to utilize the invention as your own research result, and acquire the basic skills to establish it as a patent through exercises.
・Understanding the basic contents of intellectual property and know how to use it for management and business.

・希望者を対象として、第１回目を含めて授業回数５回に一度程度を目安に、
質疑応答や補足説明、並びに学生間のディスカッション等のため、
開講時間内（原則、講義開始時刻から１５分間程度）、
Zoomでリアルタイムの同期オンライン・接続タイムを設けますので、
興味のある学生は、LETUSを確認してください（自由参加）。
・博士後期課程の学生は、レポート等では、英語を使用すること。
・毎回の講義の前後等、随時、LETUSでのアナウンスを確認すること。
・新型コロナ感染症の状況、並びに、履修者に合わせた最適な学習を行うため、授業計画が変更となる場合がある（授業形態、内容、順序等）。
・教科書は、特許庁の無料ダウンロードの”知的財産制度”を使用するので、購入は不要（LETUSでBOXのダウンロード先を明示）。

・準備学習：毎回の授業に先立ち、該当する内容を事前に予習しておくこと。
・復習：各回ごと、２時間程度の時間をかけ、深い理解に努めること。

・Preparatory study: Prior to each class, study the relevant content in advance.

・各回での課題レポートを合わせて１０割で評価する。

　将来、経営やビジネスに関わる大学院生が知的財産を学ぶ意義や知的財産の種類などを理解し、知的財産を意識できるようになる。

　特許制度の特徴や特許取得の意義等を理解し、研究や開発の場面で特許を意識できるようになる。知的財産全般の理解に資するトピックスを通じ、知的財産の理解を深める。

３．特許取得までのプロセス【非同期オンライン授業（オンデマンド）】
　研究開発の成果である発明について特許を取得するための特許出願手続きから特許取得までの概要を把握するとともに、発明について「特許請求の範囲」としての表現の仕方を理解し、特許取得までのプロセスを俯瞰できるようになる。知的財産全般の理解に資するトピックスを通じ、知的財産の理解を深める。
　
４．企業経営と特許制度【非同期オンライン授業（オンデマンド）】
　企業経営と特許制度の関係性について概観できるようになる。知的財産全般の理解に資するトピックスを通じ、知的財産の理解を深める。

５．特許権の権利行使【非同期オンライン授業（オンデマンド）】
　企業における特許取得の意義として、競合企業に対する権利行使が行われた場合について、すなわち特許権侵害事件の事例を通じ、理解し、企業経営と特許権の権利行使との関係について概観できるようになる。知的財産全般の理解に資するトピックスを通じ、知的財産の理解を深める。

６．特許情報の収集と活用【非同期オンライン授業（オンデマンド）】
　インターネット上で最も簡便に特許情報を収集・活用する手段として知財情報プラットホームJ-PlatPatにおける特許情報の検索方法を理解し、特許情報を収集できるようになる。知的財産全般の理解に資するトピックスを通じ、知的財産の理解を深める。

７．多様な知財情報の収集と活用【非同期オンライン授業（オンデマンド）】
　知財情報プラットホームJ-PlatPatにおける知財情報の検索方法を理解し、知財情報を収集できるようになる。知的財産全般の理解に資するトピックスを通じ、知的財産の理解を深める。

８．著作権【非同期オンライン授業（オンデマンド）】
　経営を意識しつつ、著作権法の概略として、「著作権法の目的」「著作者と著作権者」「保護対象としての著作物」「著作権の種類」「保護期間」など著作権法の基本的理念と構成を把握し、社会と著作権の関係を概観できるようになる。知的財産全般の理解に資するトピックスを通じ、知的財産の理解を深める。

９．経営に資する多様な知的財産の現代事情（１）【非同期オンライン授業（オンデマンド）】
　社会において知的財産の活用に資するべく、様々な知的財産の現代事情を知り、企業と知的財産の関係を俯瞰できるようになる。
